WWE SMACKDOWN RESULTS: APRIL 4, 2025
- Rey Fenix defeated Nathan Frazer by pinfall. After the match, Berto's mad that Santos Escobar was gushing over Fenix, so he wants to prove that he's better than Fenix next week.
- Vignette: Drew McIntyre talked about Damian Priest. Later, Priest did the same. They'll have a face-to-face next week.
- Backstage, Braun Strowman hyped up how he's going to beat Jacob Fatu and go on to win the United States title at WrestleMania to become a Grand Slam Champion. Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga came over to gloat about how he's going to lose and LA Knight backed up Strowman.
- LA Knight defeated Tama Tonga by pinfall.
- Promo: Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton had a terrible in-ring talking segment that nearly put me to sleep.
- WWE Tag Team Championship No. 1 Contender's Match: Motor City Machine Guns defeated #DIY by pinfall.
- Backstage, Pretty Deadly and Melo Don't Miz had a verbal spat.
- Naomi defeated B-Fab by pinfall. Jade Cargill attacked Naomi and Nick Aldis announced they'll face off at WrestleMania.
- Promo: Kevin Owens announced that he's going to have to undergo neck surgery, his career is in jeopardy, and he's being pulled from his scheduled WrestleMania match against Randy Orton, who came out and said something to him that I couldn't hear, and then gave Nick Aldis an RKO. This does not seem to be an angle with Owens, but a legitimate injury, unfortunately. Hopefully, he'll be back soon enough and all healed up and healthy in no time.
- United States Championship No. 1 Contender's Match Last Man Standing Match: Jacob Fatu defeated Braun Strowman to earn a title shot against LA Knight at WrestleMania
- CM Punk revealed the favor is that Paul Heyman is going to be in his corner at WrestleMania.
