Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. Liv Morgan [NR]
Thanks to interference by Naomi, Liv Morgan handed Jade Cargill her first one-on-one defeat since joining WWE on Friday's SmackDown.9. PENTA [NR]
PENTA overcame his recent rival Ludwig Kaiser in a Street Fight on Raw, before firmly setting his sights on becoming the next Intercontinental Champion.8. Imperium [-3]
Imperium tumbles down the Power Rankings due to Ludwig Kaiser's aforementioned loss to PENTA and Gunther's lack of a match this week.7. Trick Williams [NR]
In an NXT Underground fight, Trick Williams finally defeated Eddy Thorpe one-on-one, and then challenged Oba Femi for the NXT Championship.6. Tiffany Stratton [-3]
The tepid WWE Women's Championship feud between Tiffany Stratton and Charlotte Flair continued on SmackDown with a bland interview segment.5. Chelsea Green [NR]
Chelsea Green and her Green Regime made a trip down to NXT so she could successfully defend her Women's United States Championship against Sol Ruca.4. LA Knight [-2]
Meanwhile the Men's United States Champion LA Knight was not in action this week, but did rescue Braun Strowman from a beatdown by Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu on SmackDown.3. Bron Breakker [NR]
In the main event of Monday's Raw, Bron Breakker prolonged his reign as Intercontinental Champion with a victory over Finn Balor.2. Stephanie Vaquer [-1]
Still in possession of both the NXT Women's Championship and Women's North American Championship, Stephanie Vaquer set up two title defenses next week against Jaida Parker and Fallon Henley.1. The Street Profits [+3]
Fresh off of winning the WWE Tag Team Championships in Barcelona, The Street Profits showed up in Bologna to defeat Los Garzas in a non-title match.HONORABLE MENTIONS
Jey Uso - It only took seconds for Jey Uso to defeat Austin Theory on Raw, but Uso's in-ring performance was so bad I couldn't put him on the rankings.
LWO - After a loss last week, Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee bounced back with a win over The Creed Brothers on Raw.
The Culling - Brooks Jensen, Niko Vance & Izzi Dame were victorious over The Family in a Six-Person Tag on NXT.
Ricky Saints - The NXT newcomer scored his first singles win over Ridge Holland, then set his focus on the North American Championship.
Damian Priest - In SmackDown's opening tag match, Damian Priest picked up the pin for he and Jimmy Uso over Drew McIntyre & Shinsuke Nakamura.
