This week’s episode is all about factions. Each team must come together, showcase their chemistry, and create a compelling group identity. To set the stage, Shawn Michaels highlights two of the most iconic factions in wrestling history—the New World Order (NWO) and D-Generation X (DX)—before introducing this week’s guest Legends:

Eric Bischoff – Former President of WCW, mastermind behind the NWO, and host of the 83 Weeks podcast. He’ll be judging each team’s presentation.

Sean "X-Pac" Waltman – A key member of both the NWO and DX. He’ll evaluate each team’s in-ring performance.

We get some backstage insight into Team Bubba and Team Booker T as they strategize, along with a brief injury update on BJ (which, let’s be honest, no one really cares about). This leads to a confrontation between Bubba and Booker, showcasing the kind of creative disagreements that often happen behind the scenes in WWE.

Each team collaborates to create a faction that stands out, taking us through their brainstorming sessions and behind-the-scenes footage before the grand reveal of their heavily produced WWE-style vignettes—and as expected, WWE works its magic.

We get 2 Eight-Person Tag Team Matches this week, faction versus faction!

First out Booker T's faction The Next Era "TNE" a futuristic vibe without much substance (They catch Bischoff's eye, again I know nothing). With Bubba up next we get an introduced to The Dudleys, it comes off super fun and oozes old-school Dudley energy. Again halfway through the match out comes BJ, trying to chat it up with Bischoff. Bubba has none of this and we get another contrived interaction between the two. The match itself let everyone get in on the action, and each of them made an impact. I really enjoyed Jasper in ring, hoping to see some promo improvement as the show progresses. Cutler pins Jasper for the win.

Up next Team Undertaker versus Team Mickie, first out Team Mickie's Pinnacle of Performance "P.O.P" a pretty cool in sync entrance lining up with their gimmick. Following this, Team Taker's Slayers of Souls "SOS" with a mysterious video package that really created some intrigue for the team. Both factions showed a lot of character during the entrance. Tyra and Dani continue to impress, with WWE clearly seeing their potential. However, some Future Greats seem uncertain about their roles, leading to a mix of great moments and awkward exchanges. Troy Yearwood gets the pin on Shiloh Hill.

This week we got to see some incredible in ring work from all 16 Future Greats! The standouts are chosen by Bischoff and Waltman. Bischoff felt Team Taker's Slayers of Souls deserved the point for presentation and Waltman gave the in-ring point to Booker T's The Next Era. It was a tough decision and the in ring work portion really was the more difficult, in my mind. To close Episode 4, we get a major teaser from next week’s guest Legend—“The Best in the World” CM Punk.—LFG
