WWE ELIMINATION CHAMBER 2025 RESULTS:
Women's No. 1 Contender's Elimination Chamber Match: Alexa Bliss vs. Bayley vs. Bianca Belair vs. Liv Morgan
vs. Naomi vs. Roxanne Perez
In the four pods are Alexa Bliss, Roxanne Perez, Bayley, and Bianca Belair.
Starting the match will be Liv Morgan and Noami.
Before the bell rang, Jade Cargill came out and attacked Naomi. She has now been carted off and ruled medically unable to compete, and the countdown clock continued.
Naomi was eliminated by the attack from Jade Cargill
Pod Entry #1 - Bianca Belair enters the fray
Pod Entry #2 - Roxanne Perez
Pod Entry #3 - Bayley
Pod Entry #4 - Alexa Bliss
Bayley was eliminated by Liv Morgan
Roxanne Perez was eliminated by Alexa Bliss
Alexa Bliss was eliminated by Liv Morgan
Liv Morgan was eliminated by Bianca Belair
RESULT: Bianca Belair is victorious.
THOUGHTS: I'm curious about where they go with Jade Cargill and Naomi, and the tease of a three-way between Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky and Bianca Belair after this match makes me think that's where they're going and Rhea/Iyo will have a finish with shenanigans. Can't say I think that's the best match to do, under any circumstances, but I'm willing to be proven wrong.
Tiffany Stratton and Trish Stratus vs. Nia Jax and Candice LeRae
RESULT: Trish Stratus and Tiffany Stratton won by pinfall
THOUGHTS: Textbook filler match that was only here to give Stratton something to do in the meantime before her feud with Charlotte Flair and to get Stratus on the card in Canada. I don't mind it, but I'm also not going to pretend like this was super important or amazing in any way.
Unsanctioned Match: Kevin Owens vs. Sami Zayn
RESULT: Kevin Owens won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I love a good hardcore match. While I don't think this was the best booking decision to do this gimmick at this particular time, and I don't know how WWE is going to follow this up, I did enjoy this match for a standalone fight. I also like the touch of having Owens win with a powerbomb on the apron, like he did to Zayn in NXT.
After the match, Owens exposed the concrete and was going to keep beating down on Zayn, but Randy Orton came out and took the fight to KO instead. Orton gave him an RKO, then readied himself for a punt, but officials stepped in and blocked him from knocking Owens' head off. Owens was then escorted to the back in a rush, so Orton gave 3 of the security team members an RKO to vent his frustrations.
Men's No. 1 Contender's Elimination Chamber Match: CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre vs. John Cena vs. Logan Paul vs. Seth Rollins vs. Damian Priest
Starting off the match are Drew McIntyre and Seth Rollins
Pod Entry #1 is Damian Priest
Pod Entry #2 is Logan Paul
Pod Entry #3 is John Cena
Drew McIntyre was eliminated by Damian Priest
Damian Priest was eliminated by Logan Paul
Pod Entry #4 is CM Punk
Logan Paul was eliminated by CM Punk
Seth Rollins was eliminated by CM Punk
CM Punk was eliminated by John Cena
RESULT: John Cena is your winner
THOUGHTS: Fun match, even if they did the "you just eliminated me, so I took you out" thing more in repetition than I would have liked. No Roman Reigns was disappointing, but if that means Roman's not going to be shoehorned into a Rollins/Punk thing, and can do something better, then I'm probably all for that. If not, then I don't know what the whole plan is.
Promo Segment: Cody Rhodes & The Rock
RUNDOWN: Ending a "premium live event" on a promo when you spent something like 3 hours of television time dedicated already to talking about how you were going to talk here is wild...but when you end it with Cody saying "Go fuck yourself" and then John Cena turning heel, aligning himself with The Rock, and Rhodes being beaten down by those two and Travis Scott, I fully understand why this was the finale. Very cool. I'm excited as hell for a heel Cena run.
