Call the Spot on the Card #34: WWE Survivor Series WarGames 2024 Team Members | Smark Out Moment

Welcome to another edition of CALL THE SPOT ON THE CARD, where we present a list of wrestlers and you must choose what place on the WWE Roster Hierarchy they should be put in: 1) Main Event, 2) Upper Midcard, 3) Midcard, 4) Jobber, or 5) Released.

The rules are that each spot must be filled and only one person can be in each spot, so no ties can happen, nor can anyone opt out. No matter how difficult it might be, you have to pick.

Call the Spot Survivor Series teams ranked

Per usual for Survivor Series, this edition will actually feature multiple separate lists based on the teams from the different brands ranked among their teammates.

2024 MEN'S SURVIVOR SERIES WARGAMES MATCH

OG BLOODLINE = CM Punk vs. Jey Uso vs. Jimmy Uso vs. Roman Reigns vs. Sami Zayn
NEW BLOODLINE = Bronson Reed vs. Jacob Fatu vs. Solo Sikoa vs. Tama Tonga vs. Tonga Loa

5) RELEASED = Sami Zayn / Tonga Loa

Maaaaaaaan it sucks to release Sami Zayn, but I have to pull the trope and say that if any of these guys could potentially be more successful in AEW, it would be Zayn. This is more of the positive release angle than a legitimate release.

When it comes to Tonga Loa, though, that's just a legit release. He's simply the least impactful member of this team by far.

4) JOBBER = Jimmy Uso / Tama Tonga

Often, I go with more comedic people for the Jobber spot. Look at these two. There you go. You've got your answer. Plus, there were just bigger fish to fry.

3) MIDCARD = Jey Uso / Solo Sikoa

Main Event Jey Uso is more Midcard Jey Uso here, but that's because we have CM Punk and Roman Reigns, who clearly outrank him.

Controversial opinion, maybe, but Sikoa hasn't shown me that he's legitimate Main Event material yet, even though he's the leader of this New Bloodline. I think if there was another person who made more sense in the story to fit that bill, WWE would have gone with them to lead that group instead. Think of it this way: I would buy Sikoa winning a United States or Intercontinental Championship, but not either of the world titles.

2) UPPER MIDCARD = CM Punk / Bronson Reed

In most cases, he'd be Main Event. He just happens to be up against The Tribal Chief.

Reed isn't Main Event level yet to the point that he could win a world title, but I'd buy it more than anyone else, including even my Main Event pick. The difference is that I think with a little bit of elbow grease, Reed could be overtaken.

1) MAIN EVENT = Roman Reigns / Jacob Fatu

With Reigns...c'mon...you know that's the answer.

Promos would be the issue here, but we haven't seen much from Fatu. Maybe he's actually got more charisma on the mic than we thought, based on how he's so charismatic in the ring. The guy has presence and he's fun as hell to watch. I never really do this, but this time, I'm jumping him up two levels, when he realistically should be the Midcard option.

2024 WOMEN'S SURVIVOR SERIES WARGAMES MATCH

TEAM RIPLEY = Bayley vs. Bianca Belair vs. Iyo Sky vs. Naomi vs. Rhea Ripley
TEAM MORGAN = Candice LeRae vs. Liv Morgan vs. Nia Jax vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Tiffany Stratton

5) RELEASED = Bayley / Raquel Rodriguez

I'm not fond of releasing Bayley, but if anyone could use a reset out of WWE, it would be her.

I'm also not fond of releasing Raquel Rodriguez, but as much as many people would go with Nia Jax here, what's interesting is that I think she's had a better year, and when Rodriguez was gone, I wasn't inherently missing her. Very strange. Also, maybe Rodriguez would be a great asset for AEW's women's division.

4) JOBBER = Naomi / Candice LeRae

Naomi's great, but there are others in this group who will make a bigger impact higher on the card compared to her.

The same goes for Candice LeRae. I think she's underrated, but I can't rank her above the others.

3) MIDCARD = Iyo Sky / Nia Jax

Iyo is a lot of fun to watch, but we're talking Belair and Ripley. I can't put her over them.

Credit to Jax to reach this level and arguably potentially still deserve to be higher up. However, in the long run, if I were to take this group and make a decision with the future in mind, she has to go in the middle of the road.

2) UPPER MIDCARD = Bianca Belair & Rhea Ripley / Tiffany Stratton

I'm pulling a cop out here and saying Belair and Ripley tie for the top spot. I tried, but I can't pick between them, overall. They're SO even.

Tiffy Time is almost here, but not quite yet.

1) MAIN EVENT = Bianca Belair & Rhea Ripley / Liv Morgan

n/a for the babyface team, as already explained

This year, Morgan has proven she's had what it takes to be a top champion. While I'd go for people like Belair and Ripley over her, they're on a separate team.
