Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all

+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week

- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week

Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

10. Michin [NR]

Michin became the third woman to advance in the Women's United States Championship Tournament by defeating Piper Niven and Lash Legend in their Triple Threat.

9. The Bloodline [NR]

Jacob Fatu's victory over Jey Uso on SmackDown earned The New Bloodline the man advantage at Survivor Series WarGames against The OG Bloodline.

8. Fallon Henley [NR]

Fallon Henley's reign as Women's North American Champion continued on NXT with a successful defense against Tatum Paxley.

7. Tony D'Angelo [NR]

On the same show, Tony D'Angelo also defended the men's equivalent of the North American Championship, defeating the veteran Shawn Spears.

6. LA Knight [-4]

LA Knight attempted to get a measure of revenge on Shinsuke Nakamura on SmackDown before their United States Championship match at Survivor Series, but ended up suffering a misting to the eyes.

5. Judgment Day [NR]

Thanks to help from their Judgment Day cohorts, Finn Balor & JD McDonagh retained the World Tag Team Championships on Raw against The War Raiders.

4. Stephanie Vaquer [-3]

No match for Stephanie Vaquer this week as the days count down until the Women's Iron Survivor Challenge match at NXT Deadline.

3. Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill [+3]

With Jade Cargill benched for the time being, Bianca Belair stepped up in singles action on Raw to defeat WWE Women's Champion Nia Jax, earning her team the advantage at Survivor Series WarGames.

2. Cody Rhodes [+2]

WWE Champion Cody Rhodes warmed up for his upcoming title defense against Kevin Owens with a victory over Carmelo Hayes on SmackDown.

1. Giulia [+2]

Giulia ascends to the summit of the Power Rankings after beating Kelani Jordan to qualify for the Women's Iron Survivor Challenge match.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Amercian Made - The Creed Brothers scored a win over the LWO's Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee on Raw.

Alpha Academy - Due to The New Day's constant bickering, Alpha Academy picked up a shocking squash victory over the multi-time tag champions.

Ethan Page - By defeating Axiom on NXT, Ethan Page secured his spot in the Men's Iron Survivor Challenge match.

Lola Vice - Bouncing back from her recent loss to Jaida Parker, Lola Vice beat Wren Sinclair on Tuesday's NXT.

Shinsuke Nakamura - Before he contends for the United States Championship at Survivor Series, Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Andrade on SmackDown.
