Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. Cody Rhodes [NR]
In the main event of this week's Raw, Cody Rhodes drew a line under his stop-gap feud with Shinsuke Nakamura by defeating him in a Street Fight.9. Damage CTRL [-5]
Without any assistance from her Damage CTRL cohorts, Bayley succumbed to a defeat to Bianca Belair on SmackDown.8. The Family [NR]
The Family still has a firm grasp on the NXT Tag Team Championships after overcoming OTM on Tuesday's show.7. Katana Chance & Kayden Carter [NR]
Another set of tag team titles also stayed put this week, as Katana Chance & Kayden Carter dispatched of Chelsea Green & Piper Niven in their Women's Tag Team Championship rematch.6. Legada del Fantasma [+3]
Temporarily referred to Legada del Fantasma on these rankings until they are given an official name, Angel Garza & Humberto Carrillo won their return match on SmackDown against the LWO's Joaquin Wilde & Cruz Del Toro.5. Seth Rollins [-3]
Seth Rollins got involved in a promo exchange and assault by Jinder Mahal on Raw, setting in motion a very contentious World Championship match next week.4. Dragon Lee [-1]
A weird week for Dragon Lee, as he did achieve a successful North American Championship defense against Lexis King on Tuesday. However, he is no longer the champion due to an unanticipated cash-in…3. Oba Femi [+5]
The source of that cash-in was Oba Femi, who took advantage of a tired Dragon Lee to capture the North American Championship, becoming the first NIL recruit to win WWE gold.2. Kevin Owens [-1]
Not at SmackDown this week, Kevin Owens instead posted a video response to Logan Paul inviting him to The Kevin Owens Show on next week's SmackDown.1. Randy Orton [+5]
Recovering from a pre-match assault from the Bloodline, Randy Orton teamed with AJ Styles & LA Knight to win the SmackDown main event over Solo Sikoa & Jimmy Uso.HONORABLE MENTIONS
