- Chase University (Andre Chase and Duke Hudson) won the No. 1 Contender's Bada Bing Bada Boom Battle Royal
- Brian Pillman Jr (now known as Lexis King) will debut next week.
- Promo: Carmelo Hayes, Dijak, Baron Corbin and eventually, Trick Williams (who was added to the title contender's match) all had it out in the ring about how they plan to win later. They came to blows with Trick and Melo teaming up to take the other two out. Tension. Ooooo.
- NXT Women's Breakout Tournament Round 1 Match: Karmen Petrovic defeated Jaida Parker by submission.
- Lyra Valkyria defeated Tegan Nox by pinfall.
- Shotzi defeated Kiana James by pinfall
- Interview: Oro Mensah and Lash Legend (with Noam Dar on the phone) talked about Jakara Jackson being injured and taken out of the Women's Breakout Tournament. Akira Tozawa came over to say he's looking for Noam Dar. They had to cut to a backstage update where Trick Williams was attacked and has been taken out of the Fatal 4-Way for later.
- Nathan Frazer jumped Dominik Mysterio backstage and they brawled before being separated by officials.
- Roxanne Perez and Kiana James will have a Devil's Playground match at Halloween Havoc.
- NXT Women's Breakout Tournament First Round Match: Arianna Grace defeated Brinley Reece by pinfall.
- Triple Threat No. 1 Contender's Match: Carmelo Hayes defeated Baron Corbin and Dijak by pinfall.
