Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. Alpha Academy [-5]
In unquestionably the best match of the week in WWE, Chad Gable put up a valiant effort, but couldn't prevent Gunther from making history, as Gable failed to capture the Intercontinental Championship on Raw.9. The Bloodline [-5]
With Jey Uso now separated on Raw, Jimmy Uso attempted to rejoin The Bloodline on SmackDown, yet suffered a defeat to AJ Styles in the main event.8. Cody Rhodes [-5]

LA Knight defeated The Miz at Payback with John Cena refereeing the bout, and followed this up with a victory over Austin Theory on SmackDown.6. Tiffany Stratton [NR]
Tuesday witnessed another successful title defense for NXT Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton, this time over Kiana James. Following the match, she received a challenge from Becky Lynch, and they'll battle over the belt next week.5. Imperium [NR]
History was made on Raw, as Gunther withstood the gutsy effort of Chad Gable to retain his Intercontinental Championship, and in the process smashing The Honky Tonk Man's 35-year record as its longest titleholder.4. Becky Lynch [+5]
Finally drawing a line under their multi-month rivalry, Becky Lynch defeated Trish Stratus in a heated steel cage match at Payback, and now has her sights set on Tiffany Stratton's NXT Women's Championship.3. Seth Rollins [+4]
