The WWE NXT Heritage Cup Championship has changed hands as Nathan Frazer defeated Oro Mensah (subbing in for Noam Dar) to win the title on the June 13, 2023 episode of NXT.
My immediate reaction: Uh....why did they spend so many months ignoring this title wholeheartedly, then brought it back just to have Nathan Frazer moved off to the side so Dragon Lee could lose, and then, go back to Frazer, but have Noam Dar not even defend it and Frazer wins it out of nowhere like this by beating Mensah?? Maybe they shouldn't have even bothered bringing it back to begin with and it should have just been merged with the North American Championship like we were talking about with Worlds Collide.
