The WWE Women's Tag Team Championship has changed hands as Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez defeated Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus (subbing in for Lita) on the April 10, 2023 edition of Monday Night Raw to win the titles
My immediate reaction: Based on the way the showcase match happened at WrestleMania and the confusion of how to follow that up last week on Raw, Morgan and Rodriguez becoming No. 1 contenders in the first place and then winning here, I'm assuming this was the plan for Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler, and the injuries just got in the way, so WWE decided to call an audible, put the belts AGAAAAIN on Raquel (who can't win a singles title to save her life on the main roster, but is their go-to tag team champion, and tends to lose the belt within a day or a week, so watch out) and we'll probably see Rousey and Baszler win the titles from Liv and Raquel whenever they're ready to go.
Since this happened, be sure to check out the updated full list of title changes for this year and the list of current champions and my predictions for who will take the belts away from them.
