WWE Power Rankings Top 10 Superstars This Week: #448 - New Championships & New Rosters | Smark Out Moment

Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all

+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week

- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week

Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

10. Cora Jade [NR]

Since returning from injury, Cora Jade has put together a nice winning streak, with her latest victory coming on Tuesday against Lyra Valkyria.

9. Imperium [-3]

No in-ring action for any member of Imperium this week, but following SmackDown's portion of The Draft, you'll now see the Intercontinental Championship on Raw moving forward.

8. The Street Profits [NR]

Another group on the move in The Draft is The Street Profits, who made the switch from Raw to SmackDown. And they marked this week with back-to-back wins on both Monday and Friday nights.

7. Judgment Day [-2]

Not a stellar week for members of Judgment Day on Raw, as Finn Balor suffered a defeat to Cody Rhodes, while Damian Priest registered a DQ loss to Rey Mysterio.

6. Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams [NR]

Carmelo Hayes enjoyed a first successful defense of his NXT Championship over Grayson Waller at Spring Breakin', but ended up being speared through some staging by Bron Breakker.

5. Indi Hartwell [NR]

NXT Women's Champion Indi Hartwell gutted through an ankle injury to defeat Roxanne Perez and Tiffany Stratton at Spring Breakin', and then ended the week being called-up to Raw.

4. The Bloodline [-3]

While The Bloodline did enjoy a win over Latino World Order on Raw, they lost when it really mattered. On SmackDown, The Usos fell short in their rematch with Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn over the Tag Team Championships.

3. Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez [+1]

The Women's Tag Team Champions paired up with Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair on Monday to win a Six-Woman Tag over Damage CTRL.

2. Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn [+1]

And still the WWE Tag Team Champions, Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn once again defeated The Usos on SmackDown to retain their titles.

1. Bianca Belair [+1]

Ahead of her upcoming title defense against Iyo Sky, Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair teamed with Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez to defeat Sky and the rest of Damage CTRL on Monday. But that wasn't all for Belair, as on Friday she was drafted to SmackDown.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Latino World Order - A mixed week for the newly formed retro group. The LWO lost to The Bloodline on Raw, but this was balanced out by Rey Mysterio's DQ win over Damian Priest and Zelina Vega defeating Sonya Deville on SmackDown.

Mustafa Ali - With Raw emanating from Mustafa Ali's hometown of Chicago, he scored a rare victory over Chad Gable on the show.

Cody Rhodes - With Brock Lesnar still firmly in his sights, Cody Rhodes was able to beat Finn Balor on Raw.

The Family - In the first ever Trunk Match, The Family locked Pretty Deadly in the trunk and left them sleeping with the fishes.

LA Knight - Another rare win this week, this time for LA Knight pinning The Brawling Brutes' Butch.

BIGGEST MOVES THIS WEEK

Bianca Belair, Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn, and Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez +1

The Bloodline and Imperium -3
