Coverage will start as soon as the pre-show begins. Stay tuned!
World Heavyweight Championship Match: Seth Rollins vs. AJ Styles
RESULT: Seth Rollins won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Solid match. It's a shame it had no build whatsoever and that this is firmly the B-level world title that will eventually be merged and never at all treated as on par with the ones Roman Reigns is holding. Rollins is a good choice to carry it right now, though. I can't quite argue with that.
Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus
RESULT: Trish Stratus won by pinfall with some help from Zoey Stark interfering.
THOUGHTS: Very much an old school match in how a lot of it was showboating and hair-pulling and such. That's not my favorite style. But the ending of this was great. I'm a big supporter of Zoey Stark getting involved and I think she'll be the best asset to this feud.
Intercontinental Championship Match: Gunther (c) vs. Mustafa Ali
RESULT: Gunther retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Fine enough job showing Ali putting up a fight, even though this was always a one-sided clear-cut victory for Gunther. It's a shame they buried Ali on Raw heading into this.
Raw Women's Championship Match: Bianca Belair (c) vs. Asuka
RESULT: Asuka won the title by pinfall!
THOUGHTS: I'll admit, I got this entirely wrong. I just assumed there was nothing more to this than a rematch. Now that the belt's changed hands, I guess they felt they needed to have Bianca get that longest title reign, which put her past Backlash, so they just sidestepped Asuka for Mania and for the weeks after that in the hopes to come back around and do this the next chance. I still think they didn't properly set Asuka up better for this, and that this feud has been incredibly lazy just resting on the laurels of "but they'll have a good match because they're great performers", so no excuses there, but I'm interested in the potential of a TRUE Asuka title reign under Triple H, rather than her lackluster runs she's had as champion on the main roster under Vince McMahon, wherein she was always second-fiddle despite holding the belt.
SmackDown Women's Championship Match: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Natalya
RESULT: Rhea Ripley retained by pinfall.THOUGHTS: Squash.
Brock Lesnar vs. Cody Rhodes
RESULT: Brock Lesnar won by submission
THOUGHTS: This was a great means to put Cody over while having him lose. I liked this a lot.
Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Match: Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn (c) vs. Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa
RESULT: Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Awesome main event. I'm glad they had The Usos turn on Roman and finally, Jimmy superkicked him to just say he's done with it. Sikoa takes the pin to keep Reigns from looking too weak. Zayn gets the victory to celebrate him being here. Thumbs up all around.
