WWE NXT ROADBLOCK 2023 RESULTS: MARCH 7, 2023
- Jailhouse Street Fight: Tony D'Angelo defeated Dijak
- Josh Briggs went to Kiana James to try to settle all the disputes. James claimed she wants to figure everything out for Brooks Jensen and Fallon Henley, too. Suspiciously, though, she had snatched away the card that was attached to flowers sent to her, implying it might not have come from Brooks.
- Promo: Gallus called out Pretty Deadly, who said once again (why are they repeating the same segment?) that they want a tag title shot, only for Gallus to basically agree, again, and then wreck them in the ring to make a statement.
- Six-Man Tag Team Match: Bron Breakker and The Creed Brothers defeated Indus Sher by pinfall.
- The Grayson Waller Effect with Shawn Michaels: Waller runs his mouth about HBK, the roster, the crowd and NXT in general. He challenges Michaels to a match at Stand and Deliver, but Michaels says there's someone else who wants to fight Waller even more. Waller is going to fight Johnny Gargano at the event, instead!
- Gigi Dolin defeated Jacy Jayne by pinfall. Jayne attacked Dolin after the match and was going to injure Dolin with a steel chair wrapped around her head, but referees stopped her.
- Promo: Bron Breakker and Carmelo Hayes told each other how much they respect the other and settled on an official match for the belt at Stand & Deliver.
- Backstage, Tyler Bate gave Thea Hail some meditation tips. Duke Hudson told Bate that he doesn't believe anyone buys the snake oil he's selling.
- Joe Gacy defeated Andre Chase by pinfall. Duke Hudson told Chase and Hail after the match that they're a bunch of losers and Chase University is a joke.
- Axiom plans to be the one to answer Wes Lee's open challenge next week.
- NXT Women's Championship Match: Roxanne Perez (c) defeated Meiko Satomura by pinfall. Following the match, Perez collapsed in the ring and the show ended with officials and Booker T and Shawn Michaels checking on her and stretchering her out into an ambulance.
