The AEW World Trios Championship has changed hands as The House of Black defeated The Elite to win the titles at Revolution on March 5, 2023.
My immediate reaction: I had had House of Black down as my predictions for the next champions, but when this match took place so soon after The Elite winning the belts back, I just assumed Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks would retain. Lo and behold, I should have stuck to my original predictions, right? I'm already looking ahead for who might be the next champions, if I'm being perfectly honest. I'm more interested in who will beat The House of Black than which teams they'll mow down in the process of building their title reign.
