Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. The New Day [No Change]
It was a mixed week for Kofi Kingston, which began well on NXT with a victory over Joe Gacy. However, the NXT Tag Team Champion could not overcome Santos Escobar on SmackDown.9. Roxanne Perez [-2]
NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez overlooked the chaotic brawl between the women's division on Tuesday, before announcing there would be a Battle Royal next week to determine her first challenger.8. Wes Lee [-2]
Meanwhile Wes Lee awaits a new challenger for his North American Championship on NXT, with Dijak seemingly next in his crosshairs.7. Alba Fyre [NR]
After weeks of brawls, sneak attacks and spooky stuff, Alba Fyre finally got a victory over Isla Dawn in their Extreme Resolution Match on NXT.6. Kevin Owens [-1]
While Kevin Owens remains successful in riling up Roman Reigns ahead of a Royal Rumble title match, he wasn't victorious alongside The Street Profits against The Bloodline on Raw.5. Seth Rollins [-2]
In Raw's first main event of 2023, Seth Rollins failed to regain the United States Championship thanks to a low blow by Austin Theory.4. Austin Theory [NR]
The beneficiary of that low blow, Austin Theory remains United States Champion and maybe brought his feud with Seth Rollins to a close for now.3. Damage Ctrl [+1]
With Becky Lynch unable to contain her aggression towards Bayley, Women's Tag Team Champions Dakota Kai & Iyo Sky scored a win over The Man & Mia Yim.2. The Bloodline [No Change]
Last week's disappointment was put on the back-burner by The Bloodline with a strong series of victories. On Raw, Solo Sikoa beat Elias in a Street Fight, while The Usos & Sami Zayn defeated Kevin Owens & The Street Profits. Then on SmackDown, The Usos defended the Undisputed Tag Team Championships against Drew McIntyre & Sheamus.1. Charlotte Flair [No Change]
Back on the show and back on top of the SmackDown Women's division, Charlotte Flair successfully defended her newly won championship over Sonya Deville.HONORABLE MENTIONS
Dexter Lumis - Raw's favorite creepy stalker Dexter Lumis was victorious over Chad Gable on Raw.

Legado del Fantasma - Santos Escobar picked up the win against Kofi Kingston on SmackDown.
