WWE Fastlane 2023 Results

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Match: The Judgment Day (Finn Balor and Damian Priest) (c) vs. Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso

RESULT: Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso won the titles by pinfall! Rhodes pinned Balor
THOUGHTS:
I'll be damned. I thought it was a lock the titles would stay where they were up until the other day, and then, started to feel like there might be a title change, but didn't commit to that prediction. I should have. Cody as tag team champion can announce the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic on Tuesday's NXT and maybe this is how they split the tag titles back to Raw and SmackDown again?

Six-Man Tag Team Match: LWO (Carlito, Rey Mysterio, and Santos Escobar) vs. Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits

RESULT: LWO won by pinfall. Carlito pinned Montez Ford.
THOUGHTS:
I always liked Carlito. Glad to see him back. His new music sucks, but he looks great.

Triple Threat Match for WWE Women's Championship: Iyo Sky (c) vs. Asuka vs. Charlotte Flair

RESULT: Iyo Sky retained by pinfall over Flair.
THOUGHTS:
They'll tell the story that since Asuka was tapping out to a Figure 8, Flair likely will get another title shot and win it from Iyo then after Bayley screws up and manages to be a detractor, rather than a helper.

Tag Team Match: John Cena and LA Knight vs. Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa

RESULT: John Cena and LA Knight won by pinfall (Knight pinned Uso)
THOUGHTS:
Admittedly, this didn't capture my attention for a good chunk of this match. Underwhelming. I'm glad Knight got the win for his team and the spotlight, though.

Last Man Standing Match for World Heavyweight Championship: Seth Rollins (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

RESULT: Seth Rollins retained.
THOUGHTS:
This was fine, but not a single thing that happened in it was memorable, and that's mostly what you can wish for with Last Man Standing matches.
