ROH Final Battle 2023 Results |
ZERO HOUR PRE-SHOW
Jazmin Allure vs. Taya Valkyrie
RESULT: Taya Valkyrie won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Sure. Why not just do a match 5 minutes into the pre-show that hadn't been announced ahead of time? The booking and marketing for these shows just screams that it has as little effort put into it as what WWE does for Main Event tapings.
The Von Erichs vs The Outrunners
RESULT: The Von Erichs won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Kevin Von Erich came out after the match. I'm curious to see Iron Claw. I'd rather be watching that right now than this event.
Survival of the Fittest Qualifying Match: "Bounty Hunter" Bryan Keith vs. Jack Cartwheel
RESULT: Bryan Keith won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Jack Cartwheel does in fact do cartwheels. That's my takeaway.
Blake Christian vs. Daniel Garcia
RESULT: Daniel Garcia won by submission.
THOUGHTS: Garcia is a wrestler, not a sports entertainer. Remember that storyline and how AEW dropped the ball and decided not to bother having Garcia feud with Chris Jericho? How did that work out? He's wrestling Blake Christian on an unannounced match on the pre-show of Ring of Honor instead of being TNT champion or something.
MAIN CARD
Author's Note: I'm not paying for this event, especially with the build and the random announcements of matches during the pre-show. Therefore, no "thoughts" on this going forward. Just the results. Sorry. Blame Tony Khan. We might not even bother doing ROH coverage on Smark Out Moment in 2024 if this is the state of affairs to deal with. SmackDown means more, at this point.
- AAA Mega Championship Match: El Hijo del Vikingo (c) defeated Black Taurus by pinfall.
- ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship Match: The Mogul Embassy (c) defeated TMDK (Shane Haste, Kosei Fujita and Bad Dude Tito) by pinfall.
- I Quit Match: Ethan Page defeated Tony Nese
- Nyla Rose defeated Vertvixen by pinfall.
- Survival of the Fittest Finals for the Vacated ROH World Television Championship: Kyle Fletcher defeated Bryan Keith, Dalton Castle, Komander, Lee Johnson and Lee Moriarty to become the new champion
- Wheeler Yuta retained the ROH Pure Championship over "Filthy" Tom Lawlor
- Keith Lee defeated Shane Taylor by pinfall
- Jay Briscoe Memorial Fight Without Honor: FTR and Mark Briscoe defeated Blackpool Combat Club (Bryan Danielson, Jon Moxley and Claudio
Castagnoli) by pinfall.

- Athena retained the ROH Women's World Championship over Billie Starkz by submission.
