Welcome to another edition of WOMEN'S WRESTLING WEEKLY—a rundown of the events which have transpired in the world of women's professional wrestling over the past several days not just with the Superstars on WWE programming, but with Impact Wrestling's Knockouts, ROH's Women of Honor, and even a glimpse at the women on the independent circuit.
WWE Monday Night Raw
Bianca Belair vs Bayley
This was such a strange match, as nothing seemed to really click. Thankfully, Damage CTRL shenanigans on the outside helped pique my interest, but the build to Nikki Cross returning as (hopefully) her Sanity character was poorly implemented.
Bayley gaining the actual victory over Bianca Belair is significant, especially as Belair had the visual pin over Bayley whilst the referee was down. Cross attacking both women was entertaining, therefore as an overall package, this was a fine match. It is just a shame the action in the ring was slightly lacking.
Winner: Bayley
Rating: 3/5
AEW Dark: Elevation
Serena Deeb vs Haley J
Squash City!
Winner: Serena Deeb
Rating: 2/5
Emi Sakura & Mei Suruga vs Nikki Victory & Jaylee

Winner: Emi Sakura & Mei Suruga

WWE NXT 2.0
Kayden Carter & Katana Chance vs Zoey Stark & Nikkita Lyons
Dull as dishwater, this match was just not interesting at all. Despite the potential available, it felt like all four women wanted to phone in their performance.
Winner: Kayden Carter & Katana Chance
Rating: 1.5/5
Shotzi vs Lash Legend
Squash City!
Winner: Shotzi
Rating: 2/5
Indi Hartwell vs Sol Ruca

AEW Dark
Athena vs Alexia Nicole
Squash City!
Winner: Athena
Rating: 2/5
Riho vs Jungle Kyona
This was the one match every month or so that breaks free of the Squash City (TM Dallas J. Allsopp *nervous chuckling* dynamics. Jungle Kyona put in a strong performance, but the overwhelming talent of Riho proved to be too much.
Winner: Riho
Rating: 2/5
Emi Sakura & Serena Deeb vs KC Spinelli & Taylor Rising
Squash City!
Winner: Emi Sakura & Serena Deeb
Rating: 2/5
AEW Wednesday Night Dynamite
Jamie Hayter vs Riho
Honestly, this may be Jamie Hayter's best performance inside an AEW ring. Riho certainly carried Hayter to a good performance, but it is clear that Hayter is slowly learning to hone her in-ring craft, which I can highly appreciate. Overall, this was a solid performance from both women.
Winner: Jamie Hayter
Rating: 3/5
Impact Wrestling
Tasha Steelz vs Rachelle Scheel
Pure garbage!
Winner: Rachelle Scheel
Rating: 1/5
VXT & Giselle Shaw vs Jordynne Grace, Mickie James, & Taylor Wilde
This was a stunning Trios match, with both teams working well to put on a performance. Yes, I am not a fan of VXT, but even I have to admit that they can perform when motivated. This was one such match in which it was clear they were motivated, but it was clear that the faces were due the victory. Fantastic work from all six women.
Winner: Jordynne Grace, Mickie James, & Taylor Wilde
Rating: 3.5/5
WWE Friday Night SmackDown
Ronda Rousey vs Emma
Emma made her return to the WWE, giving Ronda Rousey her best match in months. Overall, this was a decent effort.
Winner: Ronda Rousey
Rating: 3/5
WWE NXT Level Up
Thea Hail vs Jakara Jackson
Squash City!
Winner: Thea Hail
Rating: 2/5
AEW Rampage
Tay Melo vs Madison Rayne
Squash City!
Winner: Tay Melo
Rating: 2/5
MATCH OF THE WEEK:
>VXT & Giselle Shaw vs Jordynne Grace, Mickie James, & Taylor Wilde
This was a surprising contest which actually highlighted the strengths of the Knockout's division.
WOMEN OF THE WEEK:
Nikki Cross
Although Emma also returned this week, I feel Nikki Cross made the bigger impact.
