Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. Pretty Deadly [NR]
In the NXT following Halloween Havoc, Pretty Deadly retained their Tag Team Championships over the plucky Edris Enofe & Malik Blade.9. Bianca Belair [-5]
Thanks in no small part to the returning Nikki Cross, Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair suffered defeat in Monday's main event against Bayley.8. Wes Lee [NR]
In NXT's second 5-Man Ladder Match for the North American Championship this year, it was Wes Lee that climbed and claimed the gold at Halloween Havoc.7. Seth Rollins [-4]
Seth Rollins watched from commentary as his upcoming challenger Mustafa Ali fell to defeat to Austin Theory, thanks to a distraction caused by the United States Champion.6. Toxic Attraction [NR]
Surviving Alba Fyre's spooky house of BS like the B-Movie actresses they are, Mandy Rose & Toxic Attraction beat their redheaded rival at Halloween Havoc to keep their clutches on the NXT Women's Championship.5. Bron Breakker [NR]
Also at Halloween Havoc, Bron Breakker's run as NXT Champion continued as he withstood the dual threats of Ilja Dragunov and JD McDonagh in the main event Triple Threat.4. The Bloodline [-2]
More tension in The Bloodline bubbled to the surface on SmackDown, as an unhelpful distraction by Jey Uso led to Sami Zayn & Solo Sikoa falling to The Brawling Brutes.3. Judgment Day [+2]
Judgment Day continue to go from strength to strength on Raw, with Finn Balor beating his former Bullet Club buddy Karl Anderson in Raw's opening contest.2. Ronda Rousey [+4]
Issuing an open challenge on Friday's show, SmackDown Women's Champion picked up a hard-fought win over the returning Emma, and then reunited with her fellow Horsewoman Shayna Baszler backstage.1. Damage Ctrl [No Change]
Another successful showing for Damage Ctrl this week, as Bayley scored another pinfall victory over Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair before Nikki Cross returned to take everyone out.HONORABLE MENTIONS
