Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. Oro Mensah [NR]
The former Oliver Carter from NXT UK made a splash as his new persona Oro Mensah in NXT, defeating established name Grayson Waller to qualify for the NXT North American Championship Ladder Match at Halloween Havoc.9. JD McDonagh [NR]
JD McDonagh will get a second opportunity to capture the NXT Championship from Bron Breakker after winning the Number One Contender's Match against Tyler Bate.8. The Brawling Brutes [-1]
Despite a momentum-building win over The Street Profits on Raw, The Brawling Brutes failed to dethrone The Usos on SmackDown for the Unified Tag Team Championships.7. Pretty Deadly [-2]
No action for Pretty Deadly this week as the NXT Tag Team Champions await their next challengers to emerge.6. Judgment Day [+4]
Finally enjoying a consistent string of wins, Judgment Day added to their recent tally with Finn Balor & Damian Priest's victory over Rey Mysterio & Matt Riddle.5. Raquel Rodriguez [+1]
Now seemingly firmly back in the singles division, or at least upgrading who her tag team partner is, Raquel Rodriguez defeated Dakota Kai on SmackDown and was saved from a post-match beatdown by Shotzi.4. Damage Ctrl [-3]
While Damage Ctrl's week started well with Bayley's win over Alexa Bliss in Raw's main event, it ended flatly when Dakota Kai couldn't repeat the feat over her former tag team partner Raquel Rodriguez.3. Liv Morgan [+1]
Liv Morgan let her "extreme" side loose on Friday, as the SmackDown Women's Champion beat Lacey Evans and sent her through a table ahead of her Extreme Rules match with Ronda Rousey.2. Bobby Lashley [+1]
Still proving indomitable in his reign as United States Champion, Bobby Lashley beat Seth Rollins on Raw thanks to some assistance from a vengeful Matt Riddle.1. The Bloodline [+1]
While Solo Sikoa was cruelly and illogically stripped of the NXT North American Championship on Tuesday, it was a great week for The Bloodline. They ranks grew with the official induction of both Sikoa and Sami Zayn on SmackDown, followed by The Usos retaining their Unified Tag Team Championships over The Brawling Brutes.HONORABLE MENTIONS
Kevin Owens - For the second time in three weeks, Kevin Owen beat Mr Money in the Bank Austin Theory on Raw.

Chase University - NXT witnessed a shock win for Andre Chase & Bodhi Hayward over Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams.
