AEW Title Change: New World Trios Champions Crowned at All Out 2022

Posted by Anthony Mango Sunday, September 4, 2022

The inaugural AEW World Trios Championship has been crowned as The Elite defeated Dark Order to win the titles at All Out on September 4, 2022.

My immediate reaction: We've said it a million times that The Elite in some form or another needed to be the first trios champions. A few years later, we've gotten around to it. There isn't much more to say than that. This was the right call.

Since this happened, be sure to check out the updated full list of title changes for this year and the list of current champions and my predictions for who will take the belts away from them.
