NXT North American Championship Match: Carmelo Hayes (c) vs. Ricochet
THOUGHTS: Great opening match. I'd like to see these two go at it again.
Fatal 4-Way Elimination Tag Team Championship Unification
Match: NXT Tag Team Champions The Creed Brothers vs. NXT UK Tag Team
Champions Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen vs. Gallus vs. Pretty Deadly
Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen were eliminated first.
Gallus was eliminated second.
Damon Kemp turned on The Creed Brothers to allow Pretty Deadly to get the final pin.
RESULT: Pretty Deadly won and unified the titles!
THOUGHTS: This isn't how I would have chosen things, as I'd have given the belts to Gallus, but I'm down for the surprise, at least, and Kemp turning heel in general.
Tony D'Angelo (and Channing Lorenzo) offered Cameron Grimes a spot in their family. Grimes declined.
Triple Threat Title Unification Match: NXT Women's Champion
Mandy Rose vs. NXT UK Women's Champion Meiko Satomura vs. Blair
Davenport
RESULT: Mandy Rose won by pinfall (on Davenport)
THOUGHTS: Good match. Some might disagree with me, but I'm okay with Rose retaining. Then again, I'm curious what the plan is for the next champion. I just assume Nikkita Lyons, but she doesn't seem ready for a while, so we might still be with Rose for many more months.
NXT Women's Tag Team Championship Match: Katana Chance and Kayden Carter (c) vs. Doudrop and Nikki A.S.H.
RESULT: Katana Chance and Kayden Carter retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: The champions retained due to interference from Toxic Attraction, which is odd.
After turning down an invitation by The Dyad to join Schism, Grayson Waller was interviewed by McKenzie Mitchell about Apollo Crews suffering a scratched cornea. He has no remorse for it, naturally.
Title Unification Match: NXT Champion Bron Breakker vs. NXT UK Champion Tyler Bate
RESULT: Bron Breakker won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: If this had gone the other way, I would have been shocked. Breakker's journey ending with Bate would be odd. Very good match!
