This was a fine match to cap off the Women's Dusty Rhodes Classic, and although the winners may not have been the best choice, they certainly made up for it in match quality.

The storyline between these two does not engage me, nor does the involvement of Kris Statlander. The match action was passable, but that is about it in terms of positives.

Tasha Steelz vs Mickie James
I loved this match, as both women truly gave their all. The hardcore nature of the match made Tasha Steelz's Knockouts Championship defence come across as an important development in both women's current trajectories.

Meiko Satomura vs Isla Dawn
The major problem with Meiko Satomura's NXT UK Women's Championship defences is the overwhelming belief that she won't lose it, as no-one is capable of doing so on the current roster. The match here was solid, but lacked any drama at all.

A rushed and poor match that only served to recycle an already tired feud. No-one won here.
