- #1 Contenders Match for the NXT UK Tag Team Championship: Oliver Carter and Ashton Smith defeated Jack Starz and Dave Mastiff via pinfall to become the new #1 contenders.
- Backstage Segment: Blair Davenport warmed up for her match against Meiko Satomura
- Vignette: A-Kid was asked about Saxon Huxley, who he will be facing next week. A-Kid stated that Saxon was misunderstood. A montage was then shown of A-Kid unsuccessfully teaching Huxley how to behave properly. A-Kid said they would try again next week.
- Recap: Footage from last week's Empty Arena match between Jordan Devlin and Ilja Dragunov aired.
- Backstage Segment: Earlier in the day, Nathan Frazer was attacked by Die Familie in the parking lot at the Performance Center.
- Isla Dawn defeated Myla Grace via pinfall.
- Backstage Segment: Amale expressed frustration over Jinny cheating in their match last week. Nina Samuels appeared and mocked Amale. Amale let Samuels know they would settle their issues in the ring.
- Backstage Segment: Sam Gradwell addressed Kenny Williams' interference a few weeks ago during Gradwell's tag team match with Pretty Deadly. Gradwell promised that he would be targeting Williams.
- Backstage Segment: Noam Dar and Sha Samuels predicted Dar's chances of winning future Heritage Cup Championship matches. Gallus showed up, and Joe Coffey told Noam that he wanted a Heritage Cup Championship match. Gallus also requested to be on the next episode of Supernova Sessions. However, Dar stated that his next guest would be Jordan Devlin.
- Nathan Frazer vs. Teoman was announced for next week's broadcast.
- Japanese Street Fight for the NXT UK Women's Championship: Meiko Satoumura defeated Blair Davenport via referee stoppage to retain the NXT UK Women's Championship. Near the end of the match, Davenport came off the top rope and delivered a double stomp to Satomura while Satomura laid on the ring apron. Immediately after connecting with Satomura, Blair began favoring her left ankle. Davenport was carried out on a stretcher to close the show.
