Undisputed WWE Universal Championship Last Man Standing Match: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Brock Lesnar

Hey. Would you look at that. The biggest match of all time ever totally serious you guys end of the feud that has gone on for 7 years is happening again. Aren't you super duper omg crazy pumped and excited to see this match? For realz?!

We know how this is going to go. They'll have several weeks worth of promos where Brock will say he's back specifically to kick Roman's ass and take back his titles. He'll call Reigns a little bitch and that he'll take him to Suplex City in Nashville. Paul Heyman will cut a promo about how these two will have such an epic clash and blah blah, but the result will remain the same in that Reigns will retain the titles. Reigns will say "I done smashed them all. I'm gonna smash Brock like I did at WrestleMania!"

Then, when it comes to the match itself, they'll exchange a series of spears, Superman punches, get tackled through the security barricade, ruin the commentary table, we'll see interference from The Usos, and eventually, Reigns will retain the titles through some shenanigans.

I'm so, so, so, so, so sick and tired of talking about the same goddamn matches all the time for years upon years. #BrockLesnarVSRomanReignsRule

PREDICTION FACT: Roman Reigns will retain.

Pat McAfee vs. Happy Corbin

I'm one of those Corbin apologists who thinks he should win the world title at some point. Pat McAfee's been nothing but awesome. To be honest, I'm probably going to be looking forward to this match more than most of the rest of the card by the time it settles. I'm 100% down. This should be a ton of fun.

PREDICTION: Pat McAfee will win.

United States Championship Match: Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Theory

Just a rematch? Not Theory against John Cena? Well, that's lame. You know the deal. Theory has the Money in the Bank briefcase, so WWE will do that annoying thing where they think he can lose over and over again because he's "untouchable" and "it'll all balance itself out" even if plans eventually change.

PREDICTION: Bobby Lashley will win.

Unified WWE Tag Team Championship Match: The Usos (c) vs. The Street Profits

The last match was supposed to have a stipulation, but didn't. Then, they manufactured the need for a special guest referee for this, rather than having something like a 2-out-of-3 falls match or another gimmick that would have truly spiced this up.

However, I'll give credit where it's due. Having Jeff Jarrett as a special guest referee is so much more interesting than all the other options I had heard pitched from people, or just tossing out another random person on the roster.

PREDICTION: The Usos will retain again.

SmackDown Women's Championship Match: Liv Morgan (c) vs. Ronda Rousey

I'm surprised they aren't going with a Triple Threat and including Natalya. That would have allowed Nattie to take the pin so Morgan can retain without Rousey losing. Otherwise, I'm imagining this is going to end in some sort of disqualification. Morgan dropping the belt this fast would just upset people and I have a hard time believing WWE will be fine with Rousey losing to her outright, or someone interfering to help Morgan, who is too much of a babyface for that.

PREDICTION: No-contest, Morgan retains by default.

Riddle vs. Seth Rollins

This feud definitely seems like a placeholder where neither guy was doing what WWE originally intended, so they put them together. The good thing is that they're both great and will likely work really well as opponents. The storyline's nothing groundbreaking, but they're fresh enough that I'm down for it as a filler match featuring two prominent Superstars.

PREDICTION: Seth Rollins wins.

Raw Women's Championship Match: Bianca Belair (c) vs. Becky Lynch

Again? I love these two, but I'm tired of seeing the same thing. They fought at SummerSlam, a bunch of times after that, then at WrestleMania and a bunch of times following that, too. It's been a solid year of these two. Move on.

Tell me you don't believe in the rest of your roster enough to build them up and are more willing to take someone like Xia Li and push them on the sidelines immediately rather than to entertain the idea of having someone break through that glass ceiling" without telling me.

Belair cannot lose. Absolutely not.

PREDICTION: Bianca Belair retains.

Logan Paul vs. The Miz

I'm very surprised WWE didn't go with a tag team match. After all, they had set up that Ciampa is now The Miz's right hand man. Paul working a tag team match alongside AJ Styles would have been more insurance that Paul could be cheered. Styles was certainly in this feud for the past few weeks, too. We're just bypassing him, I guess? Nothing for Ciampa to do? And hoping that Paul will have a good enough match on his own against The Miz, rather than banking on someone else being able to do more of the heavy lifting and saving Miz vs Paul solo for Clash at the Castle or Crown Jewel?

Curious.

PREDICTION: Logan Paul wins.

No Disqualification Tag Team Match: The Judgment Day vs. The Mysterios

Eh. You're not selling me on this feud when you clearly haven't cared much about The Judgment Day, Dominik Mysterio isn't much to get invested in, and Rey's biggest contribution to this has been getting beaten up by Rhea Ripley.

I'm anticipating this is where Edge returns and costs The Judgment Day, and that's the big purpose of this. If we don't even get that, then this will be flat as a board.

PREDICTION: The Mysterios win.
