WWE Money in the Bank 2022 Results

Nothing going on for the kickoff. Not even the announcement of the stipulation that was supposed to be with the tag team title match that they've seemingly forgotten about or changed their minds on.

Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Alexa Bliss vs. Asuka vs. Becky Lynch vs. Lacey Evans vs. Liv Morgan vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Shotzi

RESULT: Liv Morgan won the briefcase!
THOUGHTS: I definitely didn't expect Morgan to win. This is very interesting. The match itself was sloppy at times, but it was still entertaining. The crowd ate it up.

United States Championship Match: Theory (c) vs. Bobby Lashley

RESULT: Bobby Lashley won the title by submission!
THOUGHTS: Honestly, an even better match than expected. I didn't think it would be bad or anything, but I enjoyed this from start to finish more than I had anticipated.

Raw Women's Championship Match: Bianca Belair (c) vs. Carmella

RESULT: Bianca Belair retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Rock solid match. I enjoyed all of it. Kudos to Carmella for taking a replacement spot and still doing a great job, and kudos to Bianca Belair for being always awesome.

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Match: The Usos (c) vs. The Street Profits

RESULT: The Usos retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Hell of a match!

After a video package about Kevin Owens, there was a random series of images like gold medals and lightbulbs. Curious. It seemed more like Bray Wyatt, but maybe it's Gable Steveson?

SmackDown Women's Championship Match: Ronda Rousey (c) vs. Natalya

RESULT: Ronda Rousey retained by submission.
THOUGHTS: Well, this wasn't the worst match of all time or anything, but it did kill this event's energy. The momentum came to a screeching halt and they didn't manage to regain the foothold.

Theory was added to the Money in the Bank ladder match by Adam Pearce!

Men's Money in the Bank Ladder Match: Drew McIntyre vs. Madcap Moss vs. Omos vs. Riddle vs. Sami Zayn vs. Seth Rollins vs. Sheamus vs. Theory

RESULT: Theory won the briefcase!
THOUGHTS: Awesome match, and I know some people are down on Theory winning it, but I'm actually all for it. Without the benefit of hindsight, there's no telling if they'll screw this up, but I'm a fan of Theory and I'm interested in seeing him reach the mountain top.
