WWE Hell in a Cell 2022 Spoilers

Hell in a Cell Match: Cody Rhodes vs. Seth Rollins

Big fan of Cody Rhodes. Big fan of Seth Rollins. Not a big fan of how Hell in a Cell means nothing anymore when it used to be a gimmick reserved for only the biggest feuds and would be brutal, instead of tame.

PREDICTION: Cody Rhodes wins.

Raw Women's Championship Triple Threat Match: Bianca Belair (c) vs. Asuka vs. Becky Lynch

I just assumed they were going in this direction from the start. This idea that Naomi was going to win, if that's true, makes me ponder that they wanted to drag this triple threat out for SummerSlam. I hope that isn't true and that they don't plan on doing this, then Asuka and Becky in even more matches for the next few months. Let's have this be the end of it and move on to Rhea Ripley for SummerSlam.

PREDICTION: Bianca Belair retains.

2-on-1 Handicap Match: Bobby Lashley vs. Omos and MVP

No.

PREDICTION: Bobby Lashley wins.

No Holds Barred Match: Madcap Moss vs. Happy Corbin

Also no. But at least it has a gimmick. That's better than nothing. It just happens to be not that much better than nothing and on a card filled with other pointless rematches and wastes of time.

PREDICTION: Madcap Moss wins.

Ezekiel vs. Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens fought Stone Cold Steve Austin in the main event of WrestleMania after a 19 year retirement. That was his previous pay-per-view match prior to this. Let that sink in. Why is this not just a match on Raw? Pay-per-view content just gets more and more homogenized with the television product, and that's not to say that the TV content is so good it might as well be a special event, but that the "premium" live events are as skippable as Raw and SmackDown.

PREDICTION: Kevin Owens wins? I don't know. Who cares?

United States Championship Match: Theory (c) vs. Mustafa Ali

Hey! WWE remembered the United States Championship exists and put it on a pay-per-view! That's not as crazy as the same thing happening to the Intercontinental Championship, but it's something, right? And we did just see the match on Raw a few days prior to this event, but...look, I'm silver lining this. Theory should definitely retain the title and the match will just be meh.

PREDICTION: Austin Theory retains.

Six-Person Mixed Tag Team Match: Finn Bálor, AJ Styles and Liv Morgan vs. The Judgment Day

This is another stall to drag this out into its what, fourth month? Having a six-person tag team matched should have happened on Raw, not a pay-per-view.

PREDICTION: The Judgment Day wins.

This page will be altered on a regular basis to reflect changes to the show including any new matches added to the lineup, adjustments to the card, revised predictions and any other information about this event. Stay tuned for the latest updates!
