- Charlie Dempsey defeated Joe Coffey via submission. Towards the end of the match, Rohan Raja and Teoman attempted to interfere. However, Mark Coffey and Wolfgang came down to ringside and chased off Raja and Teoman.
- Recap: The announcers reviewed Moustache Mountain's championship win over Pretty Deadly last week.
- Backstage Segment: Sid Scala congratulated Moustache Mountain on their championship victory. Scala informed Tyler Bate and Trent Seven that a tournament will be starting in three weeks to determine the new #1 contenders for the NXT UK Tag Team Championship. On the January 6th episode, Symbiosis will take on Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter. On the January 13th edition of NXT UK, Die Familia (Teoman & Rohan Raja) will face Jack Starz and Dave Mastiff. The winner of those two matches will compete against each other to determine the new #1 contenders.
- Vignette: Jordan Devlin insisted that the only person he needed in his life was himself.
- In-Ring Segment: Moustache Mountain came to the ring to celebrate their win over Pretty Deadly. Trent Seven admitted that he needed this win after the past 18 months. Seven also stated that he wasn't sure what he was going to do if him and Tyler Bate lost. Trent then said with Tyler by his side, anything was possible. Tyler Bate claimed that the power of patience resulted in a positive outcome for Moustache Mountain. Seven also congratulated Tyler Bate on becoming the first NXT UK Grand Slam Champion. Both men thanked the fans, the production crew, and everyone else who believed in them. Bate and Seven concluded the segment by stating that they were going to spend the holidays celebrating their historic win while awaiting the new challenges that will come in the new year.
- Backstage Segment: Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter claimed they were ready to become the next NXT UK Tag Team Champions.
- Vignette: Blair Davenport and Meiko Satomura discussed their upcoming NXT UK Women's Championship match. Satomura acknowledged that Davenport was a great competitor while also stating that Davenport could not beat her. Blair acknowledged that she came to NXT UK to fight Meiko Satomura. Davenport promised to have a flawless victory against Satomura. These two will fight in three weeks.
- Kenny Williams defeated Danny Jones via pinfall.
- Vignette: Symbiosis declared that 2022 would be their year.
- Next week, a special holiday edition of NXT UK will air.
- Backstage Segment: Kenny Williams attacked Mark Andrews and left him laying.
- #1 Contender's Match for the Heritage Cup Championship: A-Kid defeated Nathan Frazer with a 2-1 score to become the new #1 contender for the Heritage Cup Championship.
