- Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams opened the show with a promo about how he's the new North American Championship. From now on, that's the main belt as far as he's concerned. They were interrupted by Johnny Gargano, who has his eyes on the title now that the rest of The Way are busy with other things. He's turned babyface, too, and had no problem referring to Dexter Lumis as his son-in-law, teaming with him to fight off Hayes and Williams.
- Odyssey Jones defeated Andre Chase by pinfall
- Imperium defeated The Creed Brothers by pinfall in part because of a distraction from Ikemen Jiro and Kushida. Following the match, MSK attacked Imperium from behind (and got booed by the audience) before saying they'll fight Imperium for the tag titles at Halloween Havoc.
- Vignette: Kyle O'Reilly and Von Wagner worked out in the woods and are going to get on the same page and cause a lot of damage.
- Vignette: Joe Gacy said last week was a setback, but he reassured that the mission is still going on, and held a hand up for Harland, who did the same in return. Gacy told him "follow me, little snowflake."
- Cora Jade defeated Elektra Lopez by pinfall.
- Jacy Jayne was taken out of the triple threat match after she did a suicide dive and suffered an injury (no report yet on what that might be). Io Shirai defeated Persia Pirotta by pinfall. After the match, Shirai spun the wheel to find out the match for next week will be a Scareway to Hell ladder match.
- Trey Baxter was attacked by Legado del Fantasma.
- Ikemen Jiro is excited to tag with Kushida next week and pretty much made him put on his sunglasses and vest.
- Tony D'Angelo defeated Ru Feng by pinfall. When asked by Samantha Irvin what happened to the producer Tony clearly abducted last week, he denied knowing anything, gave her some money, said she should get herself something nice and fuhgetddaboudit.
- Vignette: Duke Hudson's Poker Room is always open. The house always wins, whether it's there or in the ring.
- Legado del Fantasma (Joaquin Wilde and Raul Mendoza) defeated Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs by pinfall.
- A video package highlighted the Raquel Gonzalez vs. Mandy Rose feud in prep for next week's title match.
- If Hayes wants his North American Championship back, which has been misplaced, he has to meet up with Dexter Lumis in an open house next week at Halloween Havoc.
- LA Knight defeated Grayson Waller by pinfall. Knight will host Halloween Havoc.
- Tommaso Ciampa and Bron Breakker defeated Grizzled Young Veterans by pinfall.
