- Tommaso Ciampa defeated Joe Gacy by pinfall. Harland attacked Ciampa after the match and went after Gacy, too, but Gacy was able to calm him down by putting his hand on his face similar to Black Widow calming down Hulk in Avengers: Age of Ultron.
- Toxic Attraction challenged for tag team and women's title shots for Halloween Havoc.
- Xyon Quinn defeated Malik Blade by pinfall.
- Ivy Nile defeated Valentina Feroz by submission.
- Julius Creed defeated Ikemen Jiro by pinfall.
- Kyle O'Reilly and Von Wagner defeated Pete Dunne and Ridge Holland by pinfall.
- In Andre Chase University, a student named Brandon upset Andre Chase when talking about Odyssey Jones and how Chase cheated so he could lose to LA Knight.
- Vignette: Tony D'Angelo abducted the producer who cut him from Lashing Out with Lash Legend and put him in his trunk.
- Duke Hudson defeated Grayson Waller by pinfall.
- Promo: Imperium is going after the NXT Tag Team Championship.
- Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta defeated Sarray and Amari Miller by pinfall. Following the match, Hartwell and Pirotta cut a promo on how they want the tag titles. Shirai and Stark came out, followed by Toxic Attraction, and a fight erupted. Shirai and Stark won the brawl.
- Backstage, Cameron Grimes asked Grayson Waller how he was able to pull an attractive girl in a blue dress. Waller told him to shave his chest, trim his beard, clean up a bit and play around on some online dating apps.
- NXT North American Championship Match: Isaiah "Swerve" Scott (c) defeated Santos Escobar by pinfall to retain the title. Following the match, Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams laid out Scott and Hayes signed the contract for his title shot.
- Carmelo Hayes defeated Isaiah "Swerve" Scott by pinfall to win the NXT North American Championship!
