WWE Power Rankings Top 10 Superstars This Week: #362 - Card Subject To Change

Posted by Callum Wiggins Saturday, September 4, 2021

Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for one's self, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all

+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week

- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week

Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

10. Karrion Kross [NR]

After a rough start and a wardrobe adjustment, Karrion Kross has continued to rack up wins on Raw, adding to his record with a victory over Humberto Carrillo this week.

9. Becky Lynch [-2]

The Becky Lynch heel turn is in full effect, as she refused to defend her SmackDown Women's Championship against Bianca Belair on Friday night.

8. LA Knight [NR]

LA Knight helped stake his claim to challenge Samoa Joe for the NXT Championship in the near future after he defeated Johnny Gargano on Tuesday's show.

7. The Hurt Business [-3]

Instead of the scheduled contest between Bobby Lashley and Sheamus, Lashley & MVP teamed up to unsuccessfully challenge for RKBro's Raw Tag Team Championships.

6. AJ Styles & Omos [NR]

Speaking of Raw tag teams, AJ Styles & Omos were victorious in two separate singles matches on Monday. Omos comfortably beat John Morrison, followed by Styles defeating Xavier Woods.

5. Drew McIntyre [-2]

Drew McIntyre was unable to capture the United States Championship on Raw, as he was pinned by Damian Priest in a Triple Threat Match for the gold, also featuring Sheamus.

4. RKBro [NR]

In their first defense of their Raw Tag Team Championships, RKBro overcame the challenge of The Hurt Business, with Riddle scoring the win over MVP.

3. Shinsuke Nakamura & Rick Boogs [+2]

Rick Boogs has built a lot of momentum in past weeks, upgrading from pure guitarist for Shinsuke Nakamura to fully-fledged wrestler. Boogs continued this hot streak by beating Dolph Ziggler on SmackDown.

2. Roman Reigns [No Change]

Batting away the latest threat to his Universal Championship through a bit of chicanery, Roman Reigns defeated Finn Balor in the main event of SmackDown.

1. Damian Priest [No Change]

Damian Priest put his United States Championship on the line for the first time on this week's Raw, and he overcame both Drew McIntyre and Sheamus in a Triple Threat to retain.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax - While Shayna Baszler suffered a customary loss on Raw to Rhea Ripley, Nia Jax literally battered Charlotte Flair and pinned her, setting her up for a future Raw Women's Championship match.

Viking Raiders - The more experienced team of Viking Raiders got the win over Jinder Mahal & Veer on Raw.

Sarray - Sarray bounced back from her first loss with a countout victory over Mandy Rose on NXT in her return to the brand.

Tommaso Ciampa - The grizzled veteran Tommaso Ciampa won NXT's main event over the up-and-comer Ridge Holland.

Sami Zayn - A straightforward victory for Sami Zayn over the inexperienced Dominik Mysterio on SmackDown.
