The WWE NXT UK Championship has changed hands as Ilja Dragunov defeated WALTER to win the title at NXT TakeOver 36 on August 22, 2021.
My immediate reaction: While I would have been perfectly okay with WALTER retaining the title even longer, Dragunov felt like the guy they wanted to win the title next. I'm not too surprised. Hopefully, this isn't the end of WALTER in WWE. HELL of a match. That was great.
