- Eddie Kingston takes out Doc Gallows before the IWGP United States Championship match can begin.
- Jon Moxley defeated Karl Anderson by pinfall to retain the IWGP United States Championship.
- Lance Archer challenges Jon Moxley to defend the IWGP United States Championship in a Texas Deathmatch next week.
- Andrade El Idolo says he is looking for The Death Triangle.
- Ricky Starks defeated Brian Cage by pinfall to win the FTW Championship.
- Team Taz celebrate after seemingly screwing over Brian Cage.
- Cody Rhodes angrily addresses Malakai Black and says he feels like fighting. Black appears on the screen and says the fight wasn't there when he saw him last week. Black then appears in the ring and brawls with Rhodes.
- Tully Blanchard is threatened by Santana and Ortiz backstage.
- Tony Schiavone interviews Hangman Adam Page in the ring, who says that he still needs the AEW World Championship. He starts to say he is ready to challenge for the AEW World Championship, but is interrupted by Don Callis. The Elite insult Page by calling him 'not that guy'. Kenny Omega attempts to attack Page, but The Dark Order chase The Elite away. This sets up a 5-on-5 Elimination match between The Elite and Dark Order, and if The Dark Order win, they get a shot at both the AEW World Tag Team Championship and AEW World Championship. If The Elite win, Page and The Dark Order lose their title shots.
- Chris Jericho shares his thoughts on MJF's stipulations. He will walk through fire and broken glass to beat him in order to ruin his life. Shawn Spears hits Jericho with a steel chair, whilst MJF taunts him over the stipulation for next week's match - Spears can use a steel chair, whereas Jericho cannot.
- Christian Cage defeated Matt Hardy by pinfall.
- The Hardy Family Office prepare to attack Christian Cage, but he is supported by Jurassic Express.
- Miro gives another philosophical promo. He is the redeemer.
- Tony Schiavone interviews Britt Baker in the ring, who says she is fine, as wounds heal. She is the baddest bitch on the block, and has no fear. She is in a league of her own, whilst adding that Vickie Guerrero has a name that will keep her relevant in wrestling, however, Nyla Rose does not have that luxury. Guerrero and Rose say Baker's days as AEW Women's Champion are numbered.
- Jon Moxley says one doesn't beat, but rather survives Lance Archer. He agrees to Texas Deathmatch II.
- Sammy Guevara defeated Wheeler Yuta by pinfall.
- QT Marshall pours his drink over Tony Schiavone in anger at being disrespected.
- Yuka Sakazaki defeated Penelope Ford by pinfall.
- A promo for AEW Rampage airs.
- Coffin Match: Darby Allin defeated Ethan Page.
- Darby Allin hits a Coffin Drop onto the coffin whilst Ethan Page is still in it.
