- Backstage, Roman Reigns tells Jey Uso that he owes him, whilst Jimmy Uso makes his way to the ring. He calls out Reigns for sticking his nose in The Usos' business. Reigns tells Jey to take care of the situation. Jey approaches his brother, but they argue over where Jey's loyalties lie.
- Kevin Owens and Big E defeated Apollo Crews and Sami Zayn by pinfall.
- Apollo Crews highlights that he was not defeated, and challenges Kevin Owens and Big E to a match against himself and Commander Azeez next week. Sami Zayn says he was set up, but is taken out with ease by Azeez.
- Chad Gable tries to get his match with Alpha Academy cancelled, but they insult him. Montez Ford says Gable is his tonight.
- Jey Uso updates Roman Reigns about his brother.
- Liv Morgan defeated Carmella by pinfall.
- Bayley introduces Seth Rollins to 'Ding Dong, Hello'. Rollins says Bayley will defeat Bianca Belair at Hell in a Cell, and highlights Bayley's masterclass in mind games from last week. Bayley and Rollins then share a laugh at Rollins taking out Cesaro three weeks ago, only to be interrupted by Cesaro who attacks Rollins. He strips Rollins of his suit and destroys the set as Rollins escapes, whilst Belair comes out to laugh at Bayley.
- Rey Mysterio gives an update on Dominik Mysterio's condition, noting he is coming after Roman Reigns.
- Montez Ford defeated Chad Gable by disqualification.
- Otis attacked Angelo Dawkins backstage, before destroying Montez Ford in the ring.
- Shinsuke Nakamura defeated King Corbin by pinfall.
- King Corbin attempts to reclaim his Crown, but is stopped by Rick Boogs.
- Adam Pearce sets up another match next week between Shinsuke Nakamura and King Corbin, with the Crown on the line.
- Roman Reigns admonishes Jimmy Uso backstage.
- Rey Mysterio comes down to the ring to address Roman Reigns. The WWE Universal Champion eventually comes down to the ring, flanked by Paul Heyman. Mysterio acknowledges Reigns for the rat bastard that he is, and the rat bastard that put his hands on his son. He is willing to fight, even if it means he loses, and he wants Reigns inside Hell in a Cell. Reigns acknowledges Myserio, but the Lucha Legend assaults Reigns with a kendo stick. Reigns takes Mysterio out with a Superman Punch, but Dominik arrives and attacks Reigns with his own kendo stick. The WWE Universal Champion launches Dominik out of the ring with ease in a sick spot, with Reigns standing tall as we go off the air.
