The WWE NXT Women's Tag Team Championship has changed hands as The Way (Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell) defeated Ember Moon and Shotzi Blackheart to win the titles on the May 4, 2021 edition of NXT.
My immediate reaction: They couldn't just win the first time? They had to drag it out with something like 5 matches? I hate that about WWE these days. This felt like it was a waste to even do the match and then, they win the belts, so it just doesn't have the same impact. I'm happy The Way are champions, but I think WWE's obsession with stretching things out far too long often kills the momentum.
