- Jey Uso introduces Roman Reigns, who address Cesaro. He notes that fans and Fox themselves don't want Cesaro in Reigns' spot, whereas he has been in 39 World Championship matches to Ceasro's none. Jimmy Uso comes out as Reigns begins to talk about him, whilst wearing a t-shirt saying 'Nobody's Bitch'. He calls his brother Reigns' bitch, adding that he doesn't think Reigns will make it past Cesaro on Sunday. Jey Uso asks for respect, which makes the WWE Universal Champion angry. Jimmy Uso issues a challenge to Cesaro, which is accepted.
- Natalya and Tamina defeated Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler by pinfall to win the Women's Tag Team Championship.
- Kayla Braxton interviews Natalya and Tamina in the ring, with Natalya saying she is proud of Tamina.
- Paul Heyman tells Kayla Braxton that Roman Reigns can, and will defeat Cesaro.
- Apollo Crews presents Commander Azeez with the Nigerian Medal of Honour. He is interrupted by Big E, Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens as chaos ensues.
- Rey Mysterio defeated Dolph Ziggler by pinfall.
- Cesaro says he can defeat Roman Reigns to win the WWE Universal Championship.
- Rey Mysterio says he is ready to make history with Dominik Mysterio. Dolph Ziggler says that Dominik does not belong in the business.
- Bianca Belair comes out to the ring to be interviewed by Michael Cole. Bayley laughs at her from the titantron, with Belair adamant she will retain her SmackDown Women's Championship on Sunday.
- King Corbin defeated Shinsuke Nakamura by pinfall.
- Shinsuke Nakamura takes out King Corbin post match, and puts Corbin's crown on.
- Apollo Crews complains to Adam Pearce about his interrupted ceremony. Pearce confirms Crews will defend his WWE Intercontinental Championship next week against Big E, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
- Another creepy Aleister Black vignette airs.
- Jimmy Uso says he is sure he and Jey Uso don't need Roman Reigns.
- Cesaro defeated Jimmy Uso by disqualification.
- Roman Reigns comes out to attack Cesaro, but Cesaro ends up on top, taking out Jimmy Uso to end the show.
