Ilja Dragunov defeated Dave Mastiff via referee stoppage.
Vignette: Xia Brookside stated that her passion and tough work will lead her to becoming the number one contender and defeating Kay Lee Ray for the NXT UK Women's Championship.
Backstage Segment: Sid Scala and Kenny Williams were shown talking backstage.
Vignette: Stevie Turner talked about how she is four dimensional, and that people will see into the future of wrestling when they watch her wrestle.
Backstage Segment: A backstage correspondent heard from Ilja Dragunov that change is coming. Dragunov then asked the reporter to follow him.
Backstage Segment: Rampage Brown approached Wolfgang and Mark Coffey as they were playing with a balk. Brown let them know that he was looking for Joe Coffey.
Vignette: Isla Dawn claimed that she was an entity that no one in the women's division had seen before. Dawn further admitted that all she had to do for a chance at the NXT UK Women's Championship was sacrifice her soul.
Supernova Sessions: Noam Dar and Sha Samuels welcomed Nathan Frazer as their guest for this week's show. Dar asked Frazer why he changed his name. As Nathan began to answer the question, Noam and Sha began to ridicule him. Sha told Nathan that he shouldn't be in NXT UK since he isn't British, and Dar stated that Frazer couldn't hang in the ring with him. This led Frazer to challenge Noam to a match. Samuels proceeded to accept the challenge on Dar's behalf.
Vignette: Jinny reiterated that no "little girl" would get in her way of becoming number one contender. Jinny also stated that she was born for greatness, and that the women's division belonged to her.
Backstage Segment: Sid Scala wished Amir Jordan luck for his match against Kenny Williams.
Vignette: The members of Subculture (Dani Luna, Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster) discussed what being punk meant to them, and how their differences outside of the ring unite them in the squared circle.
Vignette: A-Kid and Tyler Bate respectively rewatched their match from February 2020. Each man went on to state that they would win their upcoming Heritage Cup match.
Vignette: Dani Luna talked about how she would win the upcoming gauntlet match due to her strength and because she knows what real loss is.
Trent Seven defeated Saxon Huxley via pinfall.
Vignette: Emilia McKenzie discussed being the youngest and toughest competitor in the women's division. McKenzie claimed that she makes Kay Lee Ray scared, and that she would go on to win the gauntlet match and beat Kay Lee Ray.
The number one contenders gauntlet match for the NXT UK Women's Championship (which will feature Xia Brookside, Jinny, Isla Dawn, Dani Luna and Emilia McKenzie) and Noam Dar vs. Nathan Frazer in a Heritage Cup Rules match was announced for next week's broadcast.
Loser Leaves NXT UK No DQ Match: Kenny Williams defeated Amir Jordan via pinfall. Per pre match stipulations, Jordan must now leave NXT UK.
