- Rampage Brown defeated Wolfgang (with Joe and Mark Coffey) via pinfall.
- Backstage Segment: At the Performance Center, Teoman approached Ashton Smith and congratulated Smith on becoming a father (even though that happened a year ago). Teoman asked Smith where Oliver Carter was, but Ashton did not respond. Teoman then walked away.
- Vignette: Aoife Valkyrie discussed her plans for moving on from her loss to Meiko Satomura and focusing on the next part of her career.
- Backstage Segment: Rampage Brown ran into Gallus in the hallway. Joe let Rampage know that they had unfinished business. Coffey followed up by telling Brown that he would come find Rampage once Rampage was fully healed.
- Amale defeated Xia Brookside via pinfall.
- Backstage Segment: Nathan Frazer confronted Sha Samuels in the break room and challenged him to a match.
- Vignette: A promo aired to hype the upcoming NXT UK Women's Championship bout between Meiko Satomura and Kay Lee Ray.
- Supernova Sessions: Ilja Dragunov was Noam Dar's guest this week. Dar had the set decorated to resemble a spa-like setting, and provided Dragunov with a dinosaur robe. Noam asked Dragunov about where his recent anger stemmed from. Ilja stated that his loss to WALTER last fall has been the driving force behind his anger. Ilja also stated that the man that people have seen recently doesn't truly reflect who Ilja is. Noam proceeded to give Dragunov a therapy plush dog named Lenny. Ilja mocked the gift and called Noam a clown. Dar took offense and warned Dragunov not to mess with him. Ilja responded by walking off the set to end the segment.
- Backstage Segment: Sam Gradwell stormed into Sid Scala's office and demanded a match with Trent Seven. Scala told Gradwell that he would consult with Johnny Saint.
- Backstage Segment: Sid Scala announced that in two weeks, Noam Dar will face Ilja Dragunov and Rampage Brown will go one-on-one with Joe Coffey.
- Heritage Cup Championship Match: Tyler Bate defeated A-Kid with a 1-0 score to win the Heritage Cup Championship.
