Welcome to another edition of TOP ROPE LISTS from Smark Out Moment!
The Smack Talk panel will read their lists, starting with the bottom, and if someone has that entry considerably higher on theirs, the discussion will be given a rest hold and saved for later. Once everyone has gone through their full lists, the panel will debate based on those rankings until they've agreed to make their combined list.
The key goal for anything on these lists is to make it to the top three spots, which are #3 Bottom Rope (bronze medal), #2 Middle Rope (silver medal) and #1 Top Rope (gold medal) distinctions.
For this edition, we'll be focusing on participants who have competed inside WWE Hell in a Cell, since that pay-per-view has been shifted from its normal October spot to taking place in June this year..
