The 2021 SMARK MADNESS tournament has come to a close as you've decided the best pay-per-view name in WWE history!
After five rounds and some qualifying preliminaries, the "Big Four" was narrowed down to the finalists we all saw coming from a mile away with WrestleMania against SummerSlam. The results from Round 4 are in and the winners are as follows (and can be found in more detail here):
WRESTLEMANIA (97.4% - 37 votes) vs. SUMMERSLAM (2.6% - 1 vote)
With that, you've definitively declared the winner of this year's Smark Madness Tournament and the best WWE pay-per-view name of all time to be WrestleMania!!!

CLOSEST CALL
The Great American Bash struggled the most in its defeat of Payback in Round 1, with 53.3% (16 votes) to Payback's 46.7% (14 votes).
Several others were in that same range, but that was the top of the close calls.
BIGGEST LANDSLIDE VICTORY
- Round 5 - WrestleMania (97.4% - 37 votes) def. SummerSlam (2.6% - 1 vote)
- Round 1 - Royal Rumble (96.7% - 29 votes) def. Over the Limit (3.3% - 1 vote)
- Round 1 - WrestleMania (96.7% - 29 votes) def. Cyber Sunday (3.3% - 1 vote)
- Round 1 - SummerSlam (96.7% - 29 votes) def. Fastlane (3.3% - 1 vote)
- Round 1 - Survivor Series (96.7% - 29 votes) def. Battleground (3.3% - 1 vote)
As you can see, the Big Four dominated the first round against the easiest competition with practically a flawless victory for all of them.
However, by a slim mathematical margin, the same result of just 1 vote being cast for SummerSlam in the final, with more overall votes, means that is the real biggest landslide. Holy cow. ONE vote for the opposition that was the #2 ranked. That's a bigger gap than even some of the lower ranked opponents against WrestleMania, like Clash of Champions (90%-10%).
BIGGEST SHOCKERS
I'm surprised TLC beat No Mercy. I'm also surprised a few things didn't get past the qualifying round (namely Starrcade, though I voted for Breaking Point) over Cyber Sunday. Other than that, everything else made sense to me. Actually, how the hell did This Tuesday in Texas get two votes?
Our analysis on the outcome of the final and the 2021 edition of the tournament as a whole can be found in the latest Smack Talk podcast:
Big thanks to everyone who participated in the voting from the qualifying round all the way up until the end, as well as those who shared this on Facebook, Twitter or elsewhere to draw more attention to it and get more people involved.
