- Jim Ross interviews The Pinnacle, with Wardlow saying that Chris Jericho stumbled with his promo when he mentioned him. MJF claims the 'Jericho rub' is a lie, but he cannot be outsmarted. He is better than Jericho, and he will prove this when The Pinnacle win the upcoming Blood and Guts match.
- Hikaru Shida defeated Tay Conti by pinfall to retain the AEW Women's Championship.
- Britt Baker comes out to announce she is number one in the rankings.
- Miro provides a fired up promo.
- Tony Schiavone interviews Inner Circle, with Chris Jericho bigging up their chances in the Blood and Guts match. He even sings a showtune to take the piss out of MJF, before announcing the battle plans for Bloood and Guts will be discussed next week in the ring.
- QT Marshall defeated Billy Gunn by pinfall.
- Dustin Rhodes saves Billy Gunn from a post match beating.
- The Elite gloat in their trailer until Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston drive their truck into it. It transpires, however, that they are not actually in it.
- Christian Cage defeated Powerhouse Will Hobbs by pinfall.
- Jade Cargill says she wants a big offer to sign with someone.
- Darby Allin defeated Jungle Boy by pinfall to retain the AEW TNT Championship.
- Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky beat down Darby Allin and Jungle Boy, but Lance Archer makes the save, followed shortly by Sting.
