- Ilja Dragunov defeated Sam Gradwell via referee stoppage. Post match, Dragunov continued to attack Gradwell and almost attacked the referee before coming to his senses. Sam then mocked Ilja as Dragunov left the arena.
- Backstage Segment: Kay Lee Ray prepared for tonight's main event.
- Vignette: Another video package aired to hype Teoman. During the package, it was announced that Teoman will be debuting next week.
- Backstage Segment: Aleah James and Xia Brookside were shown having a conversation. Brookside called on to Nina Samuels to make tea for her and James. Samuels attempted to mess with Brookside's tea. However, Samuels' attempt backfired once James decided she no longer wanted tea.
- Supernova Sessions: Tyler Bate was Noam Dar's guest on Supernova Sessions this week. Dar questioned Bate's new zen attitude, and then gave Bate broccoli and spinach since Tyler is a vegan. Noam then mocked Tyler for losing against A-Kid. Dar also stated that he would enjoy watching Bate lose to Dave Mastiff next week. Tyler refused to let Noam phase him, and he announced that his match with Dave Mastiff would be held under Heritage Cup Rules. Bate then threw the spinach and broccoli at Dar before saying that he is no one's doormat.
- Backstage Segment: A clip of Ben Carter training with James Mason earlier in the week was shown. Carter talked about the importance of learning British style wrestling since he began his career in the United States.
- Vignette: A profile on Aleah James aired.
- Backstage Segment: Isla Dawn worked with a ouija board and a crystal ball to learn more about her future.
- Backstage Segment: Meiko Satomura was shown warming up for her match against Kay Lee Ray.
- Kenny Williams and Amir Jordan defeated Ashton Smith and Oliver Carter via pinfall.
- Vignette: Piper Niven, Jack Starz, Joseph Conners and Jinny discussed the mixed tag team match that will be taking place next week.
- Backstage Segment: Amir Jordan was ecstatic following his win with Kenny Williams. Williams announced that next week, him and Jordan will be facing Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews.
- NXT UK Women's Championship Match: Kay Lee Ray defeated Meiko Satomura via pinfall to retain the NXT UK Women's Championship.
