- Roman Reigns kicks off the show, gloating over his victory at the Royal Rumble. He turns his attention to Edge, asking why he would would play games with him. The last man to play games with him is not here, with Reigns adding he wants a decision from Edge by the end of the night.
- King Corbin attacked Dominik Mysterio on his way to the ring.
- Dominik Mysterio defeated King Corbin by pinfall.
- Big E tells Kayla Braxton that he has always had to fight, but he will fight tonight as he once again defends his WWE Intercontinental Championship.
- Cesaro defeated Daniel Bryan by submission.
- Cesaro shows respect to Daniel Bryan post match.
- Bianca Belair tells Kayla Braxton that she wants to make her family proud. She adds that she will be making her decision soon about which women's title to challenge for.
- Bayley defeated Ruby Riott by pinfall.
- Bianca Belair comes out to the ring and notes how her life changed overnight by winning the 2021 Royal Rumble. Reginald comes out and says Belair may beat Asuka, but she won't be able to beat Sasha Banks. She cannot even beat Carmella, which brings The Untouchable One out. Carmella taunts Belair, highlighting how she has beaten Banks before, and is certain she can beat Belair. Banks comes out and says she will focus on the road ahead, but she is better than Belair. If she chooses to face Banks, she won't be able to defeat her for the SmackDown Women's Championship. Belair attacks Reginald for once again saying she cannot beat Banks.
- Paul Heyman informs Roman Reigns that Edge is here.
- Sami Zayn calls Kayla Braxton a corporate shill as he complains to her.
- Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode defeated Otis and Chad Gable by pinfall.
- A video package is shown for Hulk Hogan vs Andre the Giant. Hulk Hogan recalls and reflects on that match, much to the chagrin of fans.
- Big E defeated Apollo Crews and Sami Zayn by pinfall to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
- Edge comes out to the ring, hinting at who he should face at WrestleMania 37. Roman Reigns comes down to the ring, noting how Jey Uso won't attack Edge without his blessing. He then sends Uso to the back, before asking to be acknowledged as the main event of WrestleMania 37. Kevin Owens attacks Reigns, delivering a Stunner to the WWE Universal Champion as the show goes off the air.
