- Meiko Satomura defeated Isla Dawn via pinfall. Post match, Kay Lee Ray came out and stared down Satomura.
- Backstage Segment: Joe Coffey and Rampage Brown were shown sitting in Johnny Saint's office. Saint announced that Brown and Coffey would be squaring off with one another next week.
- Vignette: A profile on Dani Luna aired. Luna stated that she was aiming to be at the top of the NXT UK women's division.
- Vignette: A profile on Aoife Valkyrie aired. During this segment, Valkyrie discussed her fears of failing.
- Backstage Segment: Meiko Satomura addressed Kay Lee Ray and let Ray know that she was coming for her.
- Supernova Sessions: Noam Dar had Sha Samuels as a guest this week. Dar complimented Samuels' abilities and told Samuels that he belonged on NXT UK. Samuels claimed that half of the roster wouldn't be where they were right now if it wasn't for him. Noam suggested that Sha get a shot at the Heritage Cup. Sid Scala came out and yelled at Dar for attempting to make matches without the proper authority. Noam once again suggested that A-Kid take on Sha. Scala said he would discuss the potential of that match happening with Johnny Saint.
- Backstage Segment: Nina Samuels agreed to face Xia Brookside in a rematch on the condition that if Xia loses, she would have to be Nina's assistant for a month.
- Vignette: Trent Seven was shown working out at a gym. Seven talked about his attempts at losing weight were motivated by his desire to challenge Jordan Devlin and so that he could feel better about himself.
- Piper Niven defeated Amale via pinfall. During the match, Joseph Conners came onto the stage. Once the match concluded, Niven looked around for Jinny while Conners applauded Piper's win.
- Photos were shown of Pretty Deadly and Gallus signing a contract for the two teams to face each other for the NXT UK Tag Team Championship two weeks from now.
- Ben Carter's return, A-Kid vs. Sha Samuels for the Heritage Cup and Joe Coffey vs. Rampage Brown were all announced for next week's broadcast.
- Street Fight: South Wales Subculture (Flash Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews) defeated The Hunt via pinfall.
