Kickoff Match: Big E vs. Baron Corbin
RESULT: Big E won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Good enough opening match. Big E gets the briefcase back and I'm curious to see what Corbin does next in response.
Raw Tag Team Championship Match: AJ Styles and Omos (c) vs. RK-Bro
RESULT: Randy Orton and Matt Riddle won the titles by pinfall!
THOUGHTS: Yessssss. The match was decent, the title change was a good way to start the main card and I'm a big fan of the new champions.
Alexa Bliss vs. Eva Marie
RESULT: Alexa Bliss won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: So this was a bland match with nothing interesting that went on until Doudrop cut ties with Eva Marie afterward. Totally glad we wasted time on that. /s
United States Championship Match: Sheamus (c) vs. Damian Priest
RESULT: Damian Priest won the title by pinfall!
THOUGHTS: Good match with the right outcome. No complaints here whatsoever.
SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match: The Usos (c) vs. Dominik Mysterio and Rey Mysterio
RESULT: The Usos retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Another rock solid match between these two teams. They work well together. Good heel work from The Usos and the crowd really ate up seeing Rey in action, in particular.
Sasha Banks was announced to not be able to compete. Instead, Carmella is getting the title shot against Bianca Belair. Scratch that, Becky Lynch is now out.
SmackDown Women's Championship Match: Bianca Belair (c) vs. Sasha Banks Carmella Becky Lynch
RESULT: In three seconds, Becky Lynch wins the title by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: How do you go from a downer to a massive upgrade to a big f-u to Belair like that? What the hell, WWE?
Drew McIntyre vs. Jinder Mahal
RESULT: Drew McIntyre won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: To be honest, I didn't pay any attention to this. Too many other things were going on to try to keep up with the Becky Lynch return and this ultimately didn't matter.
Raw Women's Championship Triple Threat Match: Nikki A.S.H. (c) vs. Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley
RESULT: Charlotte Flair won the title by submission.THOUGHTS: Of course.
Edge vs. Seth Rollins
RESULT: Edge Seth Rollins won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Very good match. One of the best of the night.
WWE Championship Match: Bobby Lashley (c) vs. Goldberg
RESULT: Bobby Lashley retained by referee stoppage.
THOUGHTS: That's how the match ends? Not that I'm disappointed, as I wanted Lashley to win, but this really is another step toward tarnishing Goldberg's mystique.
Universal Championship Match: Roman Reigns (c) vs. John Cena
RESULT: Roman Reigns retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Very good match with a surprise appearance by Brock Lesnar at the end, which was a good way to end, too.
