- Roman Reigns looks over the contract for his match at the Royal Rumble against Adam Pearce, however, Paul Heyman promises to deal with this on his behalf.
- Jey Uso welcomes fans to the Bloodline Show. He and Roman Reigns run SmackDown, not Adam Pearce. He declares his entry into the Royal Rumble match, adding he has unfinished business with Shinsuke Nakamura. Nakamura comes out and calls Uso his cousin's little puppy.
- Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Jey Uso by pinfall.
- Paul Heyman provides Adam Pearce with the contract for his match at the Royal Rumble, calling it the opportunity of a lifetime. He adds it will be under No Disqualification rules, which Pearce agrees to.
- Jey Uso complains to his referee backstage, asking him to do his job.
- Kayla Braxton asks The Street Profits if it was wise to put their SmackDown Tag Team Championship on the line so soon after the brutal attack on Montez Ford. They claim it would have disrespected the legacy of the title if they didn't, but they will win the titles back.
- Roman Reigns is talking to Apollo Crews backstage, when Paul Heyman arrives to say the contract has been signed. Reigns demands a Last Man Standing match, not a No Disqualification match.
- Billie Kay comes down to the ring with The Riott Squad.
- Natalya defeated Liv Morgan by pinfall.
- Dominik Mysterio joins commentary.
- King Corbin defeated Rey Mysterio by pinfall.
- Paul Heyman informs Adam Pearce that Roman Reigns does not want a No Disqualification match. Pearce can smell a rat, but he is told to address his complaints to Reigns later on in the show.
- Dominik Mysterio expresses frustration with his father for backing down against King Corbin. Mysterio tells his son that he knows exactly who can take out Corbin.
- Bayley opens up Ding Dong, Hello. She brings out Bianca Belair, praising her for having a WWE Chronicle. They argue over Belair's use of her EST phrase, setting up an obstacle course challenge for next week. Yes. An obstacle course.
- Daniel Bryan praises the training he has been undertaking with Otis and Chad Gable. Cesaro arrives to argue with Bryan before their match.
- Cesaro defeated Daniel Bryan by pinfall.
- Sasha Banks attacks Carmella whilst she is being interviewed by Kayla Braxton.
- Big E joins commentary.
- Apollo Crews defeated Sami Zayn by pinfall.
- Apollo Crews grabs Big E's WWE Intercontinental Championship. They argue over the belt and who deserves it.
- Roman Reigns and Adam Pearce are in the ring for their contract signing. After Reigns signs, Pearce says he has waited all night for him to do so, leaving the ring. Pearce hobbles up the entrance ramp, noting he won't be medically cleared. His suitable replacement will be Kevin Owens, who comes out and signs the contract.
