- Jinny defeated Piper Niven via pinfall to become #1 Contender for the NXT UK Women's Championship.
- Backstage Segment: Pretty Deadly was shown mocking and taunting Gallus.
- Vignette: A profile on Aoife Valkyrie aired.
- Vignette: Tyler Bate reflected on his loss against A-Kid back on December 10th. Bate then stated that moments of pain and discomfort allow for him to learn. Bate went on to say that as long as he keeps his mind open, he will be able to move on from any type of pain so long as his reasons for learning are authentic to him. After this vignette aired, Sam Gradwell was shown watching what Tyler had to say on his phone. Gradwell mocked Bate and his advice.
- Supernova Sessions: Noam Dar introduced Ben Carter as his guest for this week. Dar mocked Carter for his name before asking Carter to share his experiences since coming to NXT UK. Ben made it known that he came to NXT UK to become a champion, which brought out Jordan Devlin. Devlin asked Dar why he wasn't asked to be a guest on Supernova Sessions. This led to a back and forth exchange between Devlin and Carter. Ben challenged Jordan for the NXT Cruiserweight Championship, which Jordan accepted. Sid Scala appeared to make the match official for later on in the episode.
- WALTER vs. A-Kid for the NXT UK Championship will be taking place next week.
- Backstage Segment: Kay Lee Ray said that although Jinny usually gets everything she wants, the NXT UK Women's Championship would be an exception. Ray concluded the segment by reiterating that the NXT UK Women's Championship belongs to her.
- Dave Mastiff defeated Saxon Huxley via pinfall.
- Vignette: A promo aired to hype up the championship match taking place next week between WALTER and A-Kid.
- Sam Gradwell vs. Tyler Bate is announced for next week's broadcast.
- NXT Cruiserweight Championship Match: Jordan Devlin defeated Ben Carter via pinfall to retain the NXT Cruiserweight Championship.
