AEW Double or Nothing 2021 Results

Buy In — NWA Women's World Championship Match: Serena Deeb (c) vs. Riho

RESULT: Serena Deeb retained the title by submission.
THOUGHTS: Pretty damn good opening match! That was a fun way to start.

Brian Cage vs. "Hangman" Adam Page

RESULT: Adam Page won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Another rock solid match that I loved to see a passionate crowd get into. The right man won, too.

AEW World Tag Team Championship Match: The Young Bucks (c) vs. Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston

RESULT: The Young Bucks retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Yet another good match. Let's keep the ball rolling!

Casino Battle Royale: Anthony Bowens vs. Brian Pillman Jr. vs. Christian Cage vs. Colt Cabana vs. Dustin Rhodes vs. Evil Uno vs. Griff Garrison vs. Isiah Kassidy vs. Jungle Boy vs. Lee Johnson vs. Marq Quen vs. Matt Hardy vs. Matt Sydal vs. Max Caster vs. Nick Comoroto vs. Penta El Zero Miedo vs. Powerhouse Hobbs vs. Preston Vance vs. QT Marshall vs. The Blade vs. TBA

It was announced that Serpentico is replacing The Blade and Aaron Solow is replacing QT Marshall.

Lio Rush was the Joker entrant.

RESULT: Jungle Boy won by last eliminating Christian Cage.
THOUGHTS: Great match and I'm very happy with the winner and runner-up, too. Great booking.

Cody Rhodes vs. Anthony Ogogo

RESULT: Cody Rhodes won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Bland and the crowd was dead. This was a steep decline in quality compared to what already happened tonight. Yikes.

TNT Championship Match: Miro (c) vs. Lance Archer

RESULT: Miro retained by referee stoppage (Archer passed out rather than tapping)
THOUGHTS: Meh. It was better than the previous match to an extent, but it was short and not all that great. I'm disappointed.

AEW Women's World Championship Match: Hikaru Shida (c) vs. Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D.

RESULT: Britt Baker won the title by submission.
THOUGHTS: Sloppy match. I'm concerned Baker may have suffered a concussion or something. Maybe there were heat problems or nerves. Something, whatever it was, got in the way of this being significantly better than it was.

Darby Allin and Sting vs. Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky

RESULT: Darby Allin and Sting won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: How is Sting able to move around this well, still? How is Darby Allin able to get tossed into the crowd like that and not be more injured? This was a lot more fun than I had anticipated.

AEW World Championship Three-Way Match: Kenny Omega (c) vs. Orange Cassidy vs. PAC

RESULT: Kenny Omega retained the title by pinfall on Orange Cassidy.
THOUGHTS: Great, great match. The crowd was so into it and so was I.

Tony Schiavone announces that the new analyst and coach signed to AEW is Mark Henry!

Stadium Stampede Match: The Pinnacle vs. The Inner Circle

RESULT: The Inner Circle won by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Good match that eventually hit a snag, but overall was fun.
