On the pre-show, Rhea Ripley called out that she wants to fight the winner of the NXT Women's Championship match tonight as Triple H put her over again as being the future of the women's division.

NXT North American Championship Match: Damian Priest (c) vs. Johnny Gargano

RESULT: Damian Priest retained the title by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Rock solid match to kick things off. I enjoyed all of it.

Kushida vs. Velveteen Dream

RESULT: Kushida won by submission.
THOUGHTS: Another good match. Nothing super crazy awesome, but I liked it.

After the match, Kushida continued to attack Velveteen Dream.

A commercial aired that on October 28th, Shotzi Blackheart will be hosting NXT Halloween Havoc. That's cool!

NXT Cruiserweight Championship Match: Santos Escobar (c) vs. Isaiah "Swerve" Scott

RESULT: Santos Escobar retained the title by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Not a bad match, but nothing real special. Scott had a good hurricanrana. That's about it. Everything else was pretty standard.

NXT Women's Championship Match: Io Shirai (c) vs. Candice LeRae

RESULT: Io Shirai retained the title by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Really good match.

Toni Storm pops up on the screen after the match to say she's back in NXT as of now. It has and always will be Toni Time.

The mystery former champion is shown on a motorcycle heading to the arena. It's....Ember Moon.

McKenzie Mitchell interviewed Ashante Adonis. He interfered to help Scott out because he has a lot of respect for him and he's sick and tired of seeing Legado del Fantasma attack people. His swag is on 1000, this is his "richual" and so on and so forth.

NXT Championship Match: Finn Balor (c) vs. Kyle O'Reilly

RESULT: Finn Balor retained the title by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Very good match. No complaints.

Post-match, Ridge Holland popped up with Adam Cole on his shoulder. He dumped Cole's body out past the barricade and walked off.
